The Days Gone Remastered interactive map on Map Master is the only resource that covers all of Oregon's open world — every Horde route, NERO Checkpoint, Freaker Nest, and collectible — for Bend Studio's remastered survival epic, rebuilt with Climax Studios for PS5 and released April 25, 2025.
The original's cult reputation finally gets the install base it deserves. Deacon St. John's desperate, fuel-rationing, Freaker-dodging ride across the Pacific Northwest hasn't changed — the map just looks better doing it.
Everything across all five Oregon regions is tracked and filterable on our Days Gone Remastered Oregon interactive map.
Oregon's open world is designed to punish players who explore without preparation — NERO Checkpoints can be walked past without restoration if the generator isn't powered, Freaker Nests respawn if not completely burned, and Ambush Camps fog out entire sections of the compass until cleared.
Our Oregon map filters every one of these so players can plan routes rather than react to them. The critical progression layers:
The IPCA Tech pieces required to craft the secret stun gun — one of the most asked-about items in Days Gone — are notoriously scattered and underexplained in-game.
Our IPCA Tech guide is the only resource that accurately pinpoints every piece, bypassing the vague directions that have sent players in circles for years.
The Remastered version adds Horde Assault — a survival arcade mode with up to 800 Freakers on screen simultaneously and a 35-level reward path unlocking new characters (O'Brian, Lisa, Skizzo) and 24 unique gameplay Injectors (12 Positive, 12 Negative).
It also adds Permadeath and Speedrun modes for the most demanding return trips across the Broken Road. The core Oregon map — where all those Horde locations were originally found — retains the same geography, which is why every marker on Map Master still applies.
