Silent Hill f: Trophy Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Silent Hill f has 57 Trophies and Achievements1 Platinum, 1 Gold, 9 Silver, and 46 Bronze on PlayStation, with 56 Achievements on Xbox and Steam. The Platinum is named I Still Have Wings.

Every trophy's exact trigger location is marked on the Silent Hill f interactive maps, with step-by-step unlock instructions per entry across all three required playthroughs.

Key Facts Before You Start

36 missable trophies. Every non-story trophy in Silent Hill f is missable — collectibles, boss challenges, ending conditions, and puzzle difficulty requirements can all be permanently failed within a given run. Planning each playthrough's objectives before starting is essential.

0 online trophies. The entire list is earnable offline and solo.

3 full playthroughs minimum, plus 1 partial replay. Ending 4 (Ebisugaoka in Silence) requires a save with at least two full endings completed, which means a third distinct run.

Action difficulty trophies stack. Puzzle difficulty trophies do not. Completing the game on Lost in the Fog action difficulty earns all lower action difficulty trophies automatically. Puzzle difficulty must be set separately for each run — Story, Hard, and Lost in the Fog each require a dedicated playthrough to earn their respective trophies.

Estimated time to Platinum: 30–40 hours. Difficulty: 5–6/10.

Three Playthrough Roadmap

Playthrough 1 (Story Action + Story puzzle):

Collect all base-game collectibles — 17 hidden Omamori (13 available), 11 Character Upgrades, 4 Inventory Upgrades, and all base-game Documents.

Complete all boss challenge trophies: Like the Fleeing Hare, The Sound of Silence, Just Shut Up for Once Dad!, and Echoes of Jealousy.

Complete the Rice Field Puzzle without mistakes for Acupuncture Specialist. Consume Red Capsules freely on this run — they cannot be used in NG+ if pursuing Endings 2 and 3. Unlock Ending 1: Coming Home to Roost.

Playthrough 2 (Hard Puzzle, Any Action):

Do not consume any Red Capsules for the duration — this is required for Endings 2 and 3 and the Winners Don't Do Drugs trophy.

Collect all NG+-exclusive content via Inari-sama Boxes and Doors using the Brooch: 4 NG+ Omamori, 10 NG+ Character Upgrades, 2 NG+ Inventory Upgrades, and all NG+ Documents, including all 6 Diary of Revenge pages (Fate of the Apostate) and Sakuko's Diary Parts 4–6.

Complete the Jizo Statue offerings and Sacred Sword quest. Make a manual save before the Shimizu Residence ending puzzles to unlock Endings 2 and 3 from the same run using branching saves.

Unlock The UFO Ending using Movie Posters and the Radio Broadcast sequence. Complete Inari-sama's Secrets (all Inari-sama Doors and Boxes).

Playthrough 3 (Lost in the Fog Puzzle + Lost in the Fog Action):

Complete all NG++ content — Sakuko's Diary Parts 7–8 (A Miko Possessed), Rinko's Diary Part 5 (Fires of Jealousy), Clinical Trial Part 3 (Good Intentions…).

Offer the Brooch at the Ancient Jizo Statue for Ending 4 (Ebisugaoka in Silence) and the A Gift I Cannot Accept trophy.

Earn the God Slayer trophy by defeating Kyubi and Tsukumogami in under 10 minutes (recommended Omamori: Rabbit, Boar, Serpent, Suzuran, Beetle). Earn Puzzle Master and Clear Skies.

The Sly Like the Fox Trophy: Where MapMaster Makes the Difference

Sly Like the Fox requires completing the Treasure Hall without entering a single wrong door — a navigational challenge in an area with no in-game map and a deliberately disorienting layout.

This is the trophy that most directly benefits from MapMaster's hand-drawn Treasure Hall map — the only interactive resource that documents every correct and incorrect door in the Treasure Hall with exact coordinates.

The trophy entry in the guide cross-links directly to the route on the map.

Boss Trophies and Their Conditions

  • Like the Fleeing Hare (Ebisugaoka) — escape the first Fog Monster chase without taking any damage. Avoid red tendrils on the ground and walls. Allow the tendrils to kill Hinako and retry if damage is taken.

  • The Sound of Silence (Corridors) — interrupt the boss's bell charge attacks 6 times by attacking when her collar glows.

  • Echoes of Jealousy (Main Hall) — defeat the Rinko boss without being hit by exploding puppet dolls. Destroy each doll before it ignites. Double-dodge the explosion if one activates.

  • Just Shut Up for Once, Dad! (Shimizu Residence) — in the two-boss fight, defeat the larger monster first while ignoring the smaller one entirely.

  • The Bird that Flies Highest (Main Hall) — complete the final boss fight without dying. Dodge attacks and heal after the exploding red flower field phase.

  • God Slayer — defeat Kyubi and Tsukumogami in under 10 minutes (NG++ Ending 4 fight). Use Fox form and the recommended Omamori build to maximise damage output.

  • Agile Escape, Where Are You Going?, Puppetmaster, No One Left Behind, Untouchable — each has specific combat or movement conditions documented in their individual guide entries.

Collectible Trophies

  • Close to the Sun — fully upgrade Health, Stamina, and Sanity using all 18 required Character Upgrade Ema Plates across three playthroughs.
  • Fervent Collector — collect all 6 Inventory Upgrades. Triggers on the Embroidered Drawstring Bag in the Corridors during NG+.
  • Omamori Sage — find all 17 hidden Omamori, including the 4 NG+-exclusive charms (Shrew Mole, Rabbit, Swallow, and Goat — the last being the final hidden Omamori in NG+).
  • Omamori Collector — purchase all 23 Omamori from Hokora shrines. No duplicates are drawn, making this achievable with enough Faith across playthroughs.
  • The Truth about the Tsuneki Family — collect all Housemaid's Notes, Family Physician's Logs, and Strict Mother's Letters.
  • Fate of the Apostate, A Miko Possessed, Fires of Jealousy, Good Intentions… — collect all entries of their respective Document and NG+ Document series across three playthroughs.
  • Inari-sama's Secrets — open all Inari-sama Doors and Boxes in NG+.

All locations are marked on the Silent Hill f interactive maps — the Red Capsule layer and Inari-sama layer can be hidden or shown independently to manage the sweep.

Winners Don't Do Drugs

Reach Shu's House without using a single Red Capsule. After the Fog Monster chase, discard all Red Capsules already in inventory.

From that point, never consume one. Interact with the Letter to My Partner on Shu's desk — do not pick up the Red Capsules in his workshop.

The MapMaster interactive maps allow Red Capsule markers to be hidden entirely during the run to avoid accidental interaction.

Echoes of JealousyMain Hall

How to Unlock: During the Rinko-like entity boss fight, you must beat the boss without being hit by the puppets he summons. This can be a very accessible trophy/achievement, or a very annoying one.

When the fight starts, you have to be aware that the boss is pretty strong, so this will be a rather long battle. However, if you have followed our maps, you should have more than enough consumables not to worry about dying.

Which means that your main focus should not be the boss but the dolls he spawns. As such, when you see them spawning, rush them and put them down immediately, but don't forget to also syphon them.

The dolls do not attack, but when ignited, they run towards you and explode when they come into proximity. If this happens, dodge not once but twice to avoid the explosion. Make sure to syphon them as quickly as possible, then change your form and attack the boss.

If you are hit by a single explosion, let the boss kill you and retry.

Fate of the ApostateShimizu Residence

How to Unlock: The trophy/achievement is unlocked in New Game Plus by collecting all six Diary of Revenge pages. If you followed our interactive maps, you will unlock it when you collect the sixth part found in the back of the Shimizu Residence I dining room.

The Sound of SilenceCorridors

How to Unlock: This achievement/trophy is unlocked during the Corridors boss fight. From time to time, the boss teleports to random locations to charge her bell attacks. You must interrupt her by attacking once.

You will know when she is charging her attacks if you pay close attention to the collar behind her head, which starts glowing. Make sure you interrupt all of her attempts (6 in total).

Inari-sama’s SecretsTreasure Hall

How to Unlock: For this trophy (achievement) you ned to open all doors and boxes marked with Inari-sama’s seal. They become available in New Game Plus, and they are marked on our Silent Hill f interactive maps.
