Silent Hill f: Document Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

The Documents in Silent Hill f are essential collectibles for unlocking key achievements and fully unraveling the game's lore. While over 90 documents exist in the game, only 37 are specifically tied to a set of five major trophies/achievements.

Collecting all 37 of the trophy-relevant documents will unlock the following five achievements (or trophies on PlayStation):

The Truth about the Tsuneki Family (Collect: "Housemaid's Note," "Family Physician's Log," "Strict Mother's Letter")
Fate of the Apostate (Collect all: "Diary of Revenge")
A Miko Possessed (Collect all: "Sakuko's Diary")
Fires of Jealousy (Collect all: "Rinko's Diary")
Good Intentions... (Collect all: "Clinical Trial")

These critical documents—which appear as notes, letters, and diary pages—are scattered throughout the world of Silent Hill f and tell the true story of the Tsuneki family.

You cannot obtain all 37 required documents in a single playthrough. Many of the crucial documents are tied to a New Game+ (NG+) or even New Game++ (NG++) run, as they replace documents you've already found.

To achieve 100% completion and unlock all the document-related trophies, a minimum of three full playthroughs is required. It's highly recommended you also change the Puzzle Difficulty each run (Story, Hard, Lost in the Fog) as this is also mandatory for other unique achievements.
