Silent Hill f: Inventory Upgrade Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

The Inventory Upgrade Items in Silent Hill f are critical collectibles that directly enhance your ability to survive. These unique items, which take the form of various bags, are hidden in fixed locations, and each one permanently increases Hinako Shimizu’s inventory capacity by one slot.

Hinako begins her journey with a very restrictive 8 inventory slots. Finding all six inventory upgrades is absolutely vital, as it allows you to:

• Maximize your storage to 14 total slots.
• Carry more essential healing items (Kudzu Tea, First Aid Kits).
• Stockpile Faith Offerings (Dried Carcass, Antique Comb) for crucial stat and Omamori upgrades at Hokora Shrines.

The expansion is immediate and automatic upon collection—no need to visit a Hokora.

For completionists, finding all 6 Inventory Upgrades is non-negotiable, as it is the sole requirement for unlocking the coveted Fervent Collector trophy/achievement.

Only four upgrades are available in your first playthrough. The final two Inventory Upgrades are strictly New Game Plus (NG+) exclusive items. You must play through the game at least twice to fully maximize your inventory.
