Silent Hill f: Bandage Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Bandages are among the most important healing items in Silent Hill f providing significant health restoration and sitting one tier below the rare First Aid Kits in healing power. Collecting every available Bandage across all eight areas becomes increasingly critical as difficulty rises, particularly on Lost in the Fog, where Weapons break, and encounters demand more from Hinako's health pool.

Every location — including all spawn-triggered and condition-locked pickups — is tracked on the Silent Hill f interactive maps.

Note: This guide covers base-game Bandages only. NG+ and NG++ locations are tracked separately.

What Bandages Are in Silent Hill f

Bandages in the world of Ebisugaoka are coated with a bleeding-arrest ointment — a detail embedded in the game's lore as a standard item of the local school curriculum, reflecting how normalised self-treatment has become in a town already shaped by dread.

In gameplay terms, a Bandage restores a meaningful portion of Hinako's health — enough to recover from a difficult combat encounter or carry through a boss fight.

Conservation is still wise: lean on Arare and Divine Waters for minor injuries and save Bandages for the moments that genuinely require fast, reliable recovery.

Where Bandages Are Found

Bandages appear across all eight areas of Ebisugaoka — on benches, shelves, crates, cabinet drawers, and vehicle surfaces throughout the environment.

The heaviest concentration is in Ebisugaoka itself, with the Main Hall carrying the second largest cluster across its rooms and corridors. Worship Hall holds six Bandages — the densest single indoor area in the guide — including one in Shu's laboratory past the blue switch door.

Corridors has five, including two on the boss bridge and one behind the Sacred Door. Shrine Path has three; Shimizu Residence has three; Ebisugaoka Middle School has two; and Treasure Hall has two, including one in a room behind an invisible wall.

Spawn-Triggered Bandages: The Majority Are Time-Gated

A significant portion of the Bandages in this guide only materialise in the world after specific story events. First-pass exploration will miss them regardless of how thoroughly Ebisugaoka is searched. Every spawn trigger is noted in the relevant guide entry:

  • After returning from the Corridors — one Bandage spawns on a bench outside a house in Ebisugaoka, and one spawns outside a store alley.
  • After returning from the Main Hall — three Bandages spawn in Ebisugaoka: one on a crate by a house, one on a bench in front of a house, and one on a planter outside a house.
  • After returning from the Treasure Hall — four Bandages spawn in Ebisugaoka across a bench, a dumpster, a planter, and a second bench at different residential locations.
  • After returning from the Dark Shrine (second Main Hall visit) — three more Bandages spawn in Ebisugaoka: on a wooden stool, on a brick at the end of a blocked path, and on a house porch.
  • After returning to Shrine Path (endgame Dark Shrine approach) — one Bandage spawns on the shrine stairs.
  • After returning to Corridors (endgame Dark Shrine approach) — one Bandage spawns on crates in a corner room.

Two Bandages at the Boss Bridge

The Corridors boss bridge — the arena for the Sakuko fight on Hard difficulty — has two Bandages on the ground at the bottom of the railing.

Both are accessible immediately before the encounter, making the bridge sweep one of the few cases in the guide where stopping to collect before engaging directly improves survival odds. Both locations are marked on the Corridors map.

One Bandage Not Available in NG+ or NG++

One Corridors Bandage — on a crate near the Hokora behind the Sacred Door — is explicitly flagged in the guide as unavailable in NG+ and NG++. It's a base-game-only pickup.

Players who miss it in Playthrough 1 cannot recover it in subsequent runs. Its exact location is marked on the Corridors map with the NG+ exclusion clearly noted in the entry.

Check the Trophy guide for the full list of base-game-only items that affect completion across playthroughs.
