Silent Hill f: Ramune Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Ramune — the iconic Japanese marble-sealed lemonade soda — is one of Silent Hill f's most powerful Sanity consumables and paradoxically its worst offering. Rare throughout Ebisugaoka and its surrounding areas, every bottle provides strong Max Sanity restoration at the moment it's consumed.

Every Ramune location is tracked on the Silent Hill f maps, with spawn triggers documented for the eight time-gated entries that only appear after specific story milestones.

Note: This guide covers base-game Ramune only. NG+ and NG++ locations are tracked separately.

What Ramune Does in Silent Hill f

Ramune extremely restores current Maximum Sanity — the highest single-item Sanity restoration available below Divine Water's full instant reset.

In the Sanity restoration hierarchy, Ramune sits above Chocolate (slight restoration) and Kudzu Tea (gradual restoration), and just below Divine Water (complete reset plus damage reduction).

When Max Sanity has been depleted by sustained Focus use or psychological attacks and a full Divine Water reset isn't available, Ramune is the most effective mid-encounter recovery option in the inventory.

Ramune can also be enshrined as an Offering at any Hokora shrine for 20 Faith.

The Faith Paradox: Strong Item, Lowest Offering Value

Twenty Faith is the lowest conversion rate of any consumable that can be enshrined — including Arare (10 Faith), which is the weakest healing item in the game. Ramune restores more Max Sanity than Chocolate yet converts for a quarter of Chocolate's 80 Faith value.

The game's economy is designed to discourage enshrining Ramune: its power as a consumable far exceeds its value as a Faith source.

The practical conclusion is consistent: whenever Max Sanity is below maximum, consume the Ramune immediately.

When Max Sanity is already full, and Faith is genuinely surplus, enshrining for 20 Faith is a marginal gain — barely a tenth of a first Omamori draw. Reserve the 20-Faith conversion only for inventory management emergencies when the last slot is full, and no Hokora visit is near.

Spawn-Triggered Ramune: Eight Time-Gated Locations

Eight Ramune entries only materialise in the world after reaching specific story milestones. First-pass exploration of Ebisugaoka will find nothing at these positions:

  • After returning from the Corridors — two Ramune spawn in Ebisugaoka: one on a bench outside a house and one on a wooden crate in front of a fence on the west side of an alleyway.

  • After returning from the Main Hall — two Ramune spawn in Ebisugaoka: one on a bench by a house and one on a brick near the front door of a house.

  • After returning from the Treasure Hall — three Ramune spawn in Ebisugaoka: one on a laundry machine by a house, one on a rock by a house, and one on a wooden bench by a house.

  • After returning from the Dark Shrine (second Main Hall visit) — one Ramune spawns on a crate by a house in Ebisugaoka.

Every spawn condition is noted in the relevant guide entry with the exact trigger event documented.

All Ramune Locations in Silent Hill f

Ebisugaoka holds the largest spread — across a gazebo bench, a dock, back alleys, a courtyard red barrel, gardens, and house interiors, plus all eight spawn-triggered entries.

Shimizu Residence carries four — in a back-room cabinet, a door-side cabinet, a corridor bench, and by the Pine Tree Emblem Door.

Ebisugaoka Middle School has two — on a classroom shelf and on locker room benches.

All locations with exact coordinates and spawn conditions are in the interactive guide below and the Trophy guide completion tracker.
