Wuchang: Fallen Feathers: Jade Pendant Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Jade Pendants are the primary accessories in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, providing the passive basis for every combat build. Whether sustaining health through life-leech, maximising stamina for longer combos, or amplifying spell damage, three Jade Pendants worn simultaneously define how Bai Wuchang plays.

There are 31 Jade Pendants in total — collecting every one unlocks the Pendant Gatherer trophy and achievement. All 31 with individual effects and acquisition routes are marked on our Wuchang: Fallen Feathers complete interactive maps.

Three Equipped at Once — And They Stack

Up to 3 Jade Pendants can be equipped simultaneously. Their effects combine, which means both benefits and drawbacks stack. The Dragonling Pendant (increases Slash Attack Power / increases damage taken) and the Child's Hope Pendant (increases Stamina recovery/increases damage taken) are individually viable, but pairing them doubles the incoming damage penalty.

Check the trade-off of every Pendant before combining two that share the same drawback. Jade Pendants pair most powerfully with Benedictions — the Lifesteal Pendant and a Benediction that charges Skyborn Might on kill, for example, creates a self-sustaining combat loop that clears non-boss encounters without using the Manna Vase.

Four Ways to Find Jade Pendants

  • Exploration and chests — the majority are in small glowing chests, on corpses, or as yellow world pickups. Look for hidden vertical paths — the Mercury Workshop holds three Jade Pendants (Dracolich, Phoenix, and Twin Infant) along its spiral tunnels and hidden chest at the tunnel end — the single densest area in the guide.

  • NPC Questlines — several Pendants require completing multi-region character quests. The Luduan Pendant requires finding the Bloodstained Letter in Shu Sanctum and returning it to Yu Xia outside Reverent Temple. The Coiled Dragon Pendant requires giving Honglan the Dungeon Key in Bride's Boudoir. The Tigraliz Pendant requires completing the White-Robed Elder questline and defeating the Bo Sorcerer with his help in Avian Marsh.

  • Faces of the Past — two Pendants require specific Gestures: the Draconic Pendant at Bride's Boudoir requires the Examine emote at the blue smoke on the bed; the Nameless Eye at Capital Entrance requires the Worship emote in front of the large chalice on the altar. Both Gestures must be equipped in the active slot before interacting.

  • Tao Qing's merchant shop — three Pendants are only available for purchase after delivering specific boss-drop items: the Lifesteal Pendant for 4,100 Red Mercury (Alltree Jade Cylinder turn-in), the Bird Pendant for 3,300 Red Mercury (Believer's Statue), and the Fiend-Felling Pendant for 3,000 Red Mercury (Jade Cicada). All three unlock at Shu Sanctum.

The Most Unusual Single Pendant to Find

The Demon Pendant at Zhenwu Antechamber requires the most complex navigation of any Jade Pendant in the guide — it sits on a statue in a room not accessible from ground level.

Climb the two ladders in the eastern courtyard to reach the attic, then drop through the hole in the attic floor directly onto the statue below. The Demon Pendant increases Fire damage at the cost of reducing Physical damage.

The Final Boss Pendant: Unknown Meat

Unknown Meat — Jade Pendant #31 — drops from defeating Feathery Ambition – Xuanyangzi at The Forbidden Lands, the final Boss of the game.

Its effect is unique: it increases damage dealt and damage taken for each empty armor slot. Running with fewer armor pieces equipped amplifies both the bonus and the risk — a glass-cannon mechanic for NG+ challenge runs.

Missable Pendants and Trophy Notes

All Jade Pendants are missable. The world changes permanently after speaking to the Storyteller at the Zhenwu Altar — any Pendant in an early-game NPC questline or Worship's Rise area not yet collected is lost. Check progress before triggering that conversation.

Jade Pendants carry over to New Game Plus. Collecting a Pendant already owned from a previous run yields a +1 upgraded version with improved effects. The +1 versions are not required for Pendant Gatherer — owning any version of all 31 is sufficient.

Pendant Gatherer can bug. Confirmed cases exist of having all 31 Jade Pendants in the inventory without the trophy unlocking. The consistent fix is progressing to mid-New Game Plus, at which point it retroactively pops. If the trophy fails to unlock, do not panic — begin NG+ and it will resolve.

Eagle Pendant bug at Tang Emperor Palace: The Eagle Pendant can disappear if Wuchang dies immediately after collecting it from the chest. If this happens, the Pendant may be permanently lost for that run. Back up the save before approaching the chest.
