Wuchang: Fallen Feathers: Blood of Wangdi Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Blood of Wangdi is the rarer of Shu's two world consumables in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers — 12 confirmed entries scattered exclusively across the game's late-game Ruined areas and Bo Capital, compared to over 30 for its counterpart.

Every location is marked at exact coordinates on the Wuchang interactive maps — 50 hand-drawn originals built by MapMaster's team.

Blood of Wangdi vs the Other Blood Types

Three Blood-type items exist in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, each with a distinct role:

• Blood of Changhong — the most common, with 30+ world entries beginning in Chapter 3. Purchasable from merchants after shop upgrades.
• Blood of Wangdi — the rarer variant, with only 12 world entries. Found exclusively in the Ruined regions and Bo Capital. Two entries require a specific Gesture and area access method described below.
• Bo Blood — the most mechanically significant, tied to the six Inner Demon encounters and the Quelling Madness trophy. A finite story resource that can be tracked separately.

Blood of Wangdi is not required for any trophy. It can also be received as a questline reward: after defeating Monstrous Toddler — Bai Kru, return to Reverent Temple and speak with the NPC Xuanyangzi to receive one alongside the main story interaction.

Two Entries Require the Sacrifice Gesture

Both Blood of Wangdi entries at Shrine Dwelling are Faces of the Past interactions — glowing blue landmarks that display a passage with a highlighted word indicating the required action.

Both specifically require the Sacrifice Gesture to be equipped in the emote wheel before interacting. Approaching the landmark without Sacrifice equipped produces no reward.

How to Access Shrine Dwelling

Shrine Dwelling is not on the critical path and cannot be reached through standard exploration. It is only accessible by selecting the wrong answer at the Riddle Gate next to the Depths of the Capital shrine — specifically choosing "The Wheel Turns Anew" when the gate presents its choice.

This teleports Wuchang to the Shrine Dwelling area. Choosing the correct answer sends her elsewhere and closes access to Shrine Dwelling for that visit.

Players pursuing all 12 Blood of Wangdi entries should ensure the Sacrifice Gesture is equipped before entering the Riddle Gate.

All 12 Blood of Wangdi Locations in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers

Capital Entrance holds the largest cluster — 4 locations — alongside skeletons, corrupted terrain, a large flower, a cave wall, and an alcove behind a demon.

Ruined Shu Sanctum carries 2 entries: one by the fence at the end of the street, one beside a pile of corpses on the lower path.

Shrine Dwelling holds 2 — both via Sacrifice emote at glowing blue altars. The remaining entries are single pickups in Ruined Palace Entrance (plateau after the large Avian demon), Underground Palace (dead end right of the boss arena stairs), Ruined Palace Pass (on the head of the turtle statue), and Depths of the Capital (end of the path before the elevator).
