0 missable trophies. Chapter Select unlocks after completing the game and allows any chapter to be replayed at any time. Nothing is permanently locked out by story progression.
2 playthroughs required — one completing all four chapters as Low (Low-Spirited trophy) and one as Alone (From Nowhere, With Love trophy). The game tracks each character's progress separately. Collectibles found in one playthrough don't carry over to the other, but the character-specific use trophies (Bullseye for Low's bow, Spanner in the Works for Alone's wrench) only need 50 uses each and accumulate naturally across a full playthrough.
1 online trophy — Special Connection requires completing Chapter 4: The Institute in online co-op. Only Chapter 4 needs to be done cooperatively — not the whole game. A friend can join your session for Chapter 4 even if they haven't reached it in their own game. PS+ or Xbox Live Gold is required. No local co-op is available.

Chapter 1: Necropolis carries nine trophies. Four are automatic story rewards — Child's Play (chapter completion), and Illuminating Experiences doesn't arrive until Chapter 4. Birdbrained requires shooting all 11 Crows with Low's bow. Toybox requires all 5 Dolls in Necropolis.
The Windy City requires opening the umbrella at the last moment before hitting the ground — two viable windows are marked in the guide. The two weapon-use trophies (Bullseye and Spanner in the Works, each requiring 50 uses) accumulate across the full game and should be tracked from this chapter forward rather than left to the end.
Chapter 2: Candy Factory carries four trophies. Unsupervised is automatic on completion. Candy Shop requires all 5 Dolls. Unsavory Delicacies requires picking up three candies in the post-chase alleyway, tossing them through the vent, and then throwing them at the bugs inside — the alleyway location is marked in the guide. Another One in the Bag requires using the Ball Key Item to score a hoop shot on the upper elevator level.
Chapter 3: Carnevale is the most trophy-dense chapter — nine trophies, the highest count of any chapter. Showstoppers is automatic.
The five collectible trophies — Home Sweet Nome (all 6 Nomes), Token Gestures (all 10 Dolls in Carnevale), Omnipresence (all 10 Lady Statues) — are all documented in their respective guides with exact locations.
Light or Flight triggers automatically when picking up the Flashlight. Stay Tuned requires walking across every piano key from left to right. Aim Low (and Alone) requires shooting only the Nome-shaped targets at the shooting range without hitting others.
Delivery Feed requires carrying the Sausage to the caged Nome — both locations cross-linked in the Key Items guide and in this trophy entry. Capital Punishment requires shooting two specific buttons with Low's bow.
Chapter 4: The Institute carries nine trophies, including the two hardest in the game.
Institutionalized requires all 6 Ghosts. Filed Away requires all 5 Dolls in The Institute. Loose Threads requires all 25 Dolls across the entire game. Illuminating Experiences unlocks automatically on finding Low's Doll. Spiral Out is automatic on chapter completion.
Hello? — call your partner 50 times throughout the game by pressing the call button. Easiest to accumulate naturally across a full playthrough rather than grinding at the end.
Guiding Hands — hold your partner's hand for a cumulative total of 5 minutes. Hold the hand button whenever the situation permits. A 5-minute total is reached organically across two playthroughs without dedicated farming.
Bullseye — use Low's bow 50 times. Shooting vases, Crows, story-triggered bow events, and any interactive targets all count. Start accumulating from the first available bow shot in Chapter 1.
Spanner in the Works — use Alone's wrench 50 times. Breaking walls, turning wheels, smashing Lady Statues, and all story wrench interactions count.
Playthrough 1 (Low or Alone): Complete all four chapters while collecting every Doll, Crow, Nome, Lady Statue, and Ghost. Trigger all action trophies in each chapter on first pass — especially Peekaboo and all Carnevale action trophies, where replaying is possible but inefficient. Accumulate bow and wrench uses throughout.
Playthrough 2 (the other character): Complete all four chapters as the alternate character for their exclusive story trophy. Clean up any missed collectibles via Chapter Select.
