Code Vein 2: Request Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Requests are Code Vein 2's side quest system — optional missions given by Partners at MagMell Hub that deepen each character's story and reward unique items unavailable elsewhere.

Eleven Partners have full questlines, spanning the Mastering Control of Time quest through the Free Exploration Era.

All 15 currently tracked Request starting locations are mapped on MapMaster's Code Vein 2 interactive maps, each with its full prerequisite chain and objective positions.

What Are Requests in Code Vein 2?

Requests are the game's side quests — taken from Partners after meeting specific prerequisite conditions, completed in the open world, and turned back in at the Hub.

They're optional: the true ending requires completing all Main Quests and Timeline Shift Decisions but not Partner Requests.

One exception applies to trophies — completing Holly's full Request chain is required for the Beyond Limits trophy.

One critical rule: every Request must be completed and turned in during the same era it was accepted. If you accept a Request during 2277: The Present but switch to 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era before turning it in, the quest freezes until you return to the correct timeline.

Jadwiga's Request Chain: VIP Passes for Uncanny Stones

Jadwiga's five-Request chain is the game's primary source of VIP Passes — not Customer Tokens.

Each Request asks you to collect an increasing number of Uncanny Stones from the open world and return them to Jadwiga in the Present:

• Request 1 — 4 Uncanny Stones → VIP Pass: Iron (unlocks Hanemukuro and other Iron-tier weapons)
• Request 2 — 8 Uncanny Stones → VIP Pass: Bronze
• Request 3 — 11 Uncanny Stones → VIP Pass: Silver
• Request 4 — 17 Uncanny Stones → VIP Pass: Gold
• Request 5 — 26 Uncanny Stones → VIP Pass: Platinum

All five are sequential — each Request only unlocks after the previous is complete. Uncanny Stone world locations are tracked in the Uncanny Stone guide.

Iris's, Noah's, Josée's, Lavinia's, and Valentin's Requests

Iris's three Requests (Sunken City, Corroded Scar, Undead Forest) each task you with defeating an Over-Boosted boss and returning a Revenant Remnant to Iris at the Hub.

The bosses are the Over-Boosted Abomination on The Continent, the Over-Boosted Golden Werebeast on The Continent, and the Over-Boosted Werebeast in Plagued Village. All three Remnant positions and boss locations are mapped.

Noah's three Requests (Sunken City, Corroded Scar, Undead Forest) task you with collecting Engraved Weapons in the Present. These unlock only after saving Noah via Timeline Shift Decision: Noah — skipping that decision locks all three of Noah's Requests permanently.

Josée's three Requests (Sunken City, Corroded Scar, Undead Forest) send you to collect specific spices — from the mall north of Sunken Pylon, the Northern Watch Fort, and the Withered Greenhouse. All three require the 2187: Free Exploration Era Bond in MagMell Hub to be active before Josée offers them.

Lavinia's Request tasks you with mastering Blood Codes through combat and returning them to her — each mastered Code she receives rewards you with a Booster.

Valentin's Request (MagMell Island Shoreline Cavern) sends you to the Shoreline Cavern to assist his research — also requires the 2187: Free Exploration Era. The Cavern contains a boss fight against the Slaughter Engine Goliath.

Timeline and Era Requirements for Requests

Most early Requests — Jadwiga, Lavinia, Iris — unlock simply after completing Mastering Control of Time and speaking to each Partner in the Hub. Noah's Requests require the Timeline Shift Decision: Noah main quest first.

Josée's and Valentin's Requests both require progressing the Bond in MagMell Hub to the 2187/2197: Free Exploration Era.

Holly's and Lyle's Requests follow the same pattern — unlocking in the Free Exploration Era after their respective Timeline Shift Decisions.
