Resident Evil Requiem: Trophy Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Resident Evil Requiem has 50 trophies — 1 Platinum, 3 Gold, 6 Silver, and 40 Bronze — on PlayStation. The equivalent is 49 achievements worth 1,000 Gamerscore on Xbox.

There are 43 missable trophies, so saving often across multiple slots is essential.

MapMaster's Trophy guide is the only resource that pins every trophy to its exact unlock location on the interactive maps, with step-by-step instructions and recommended enemy or room position— all available on the maps you can access via our Resident Evil Requiem 100% completion hub.

How Long Does Platinum Take?

Estimated time to Platinum: 25–40 hours, depending on skill and routing. At least two playthroughs are needed, with three recommended.

There is no chapter select, but 12 manual save slots are available — spread them across every major area to give yourself recovery options if you miss a missable.

Recommended Playthrough Order

  • Playthrough 1 — Completionist Run (Casual): Focus on finding every collectible — all Antique Coins, Files, Mr. Raccoon Memoriams, and Safes. Unlock every possible miscellaneous trophy. Learn the layout and enemy positions. Earn as much CP as possible. After this run, buy the Kotetsu Knife for Grace.

  • Playthrough 2 — The Triple Challenge Run (Casual): Combine Never Touch the Stuff (no herbs or med injectors), Minimalist (no Blood Collector), and Speed Demon (under 4 hours, release Elpis) on a single Casual run using the Kotetsu Knife and Infinite Ammo purchased with your accumulated CP. Skip all optional rooms and collectibles entirely. After this run, you'll have over 100,000 CP — use it to buy Infinite Ammo and the RPG-7.

  • Playthrough 3 — Insanity Cleanup: Use the Infinite Ammo and RPG-7 to power through the final difficulty. Note that safe codes change on Insanity — check the Safe guide for all Insanity combinations. After completing Insanity, spend the remaining CP on all 56 Concept Arts (Curator trophy) and all 45 Models (Model Mania trophy) from the Bonus Menu.

Two Endings: Which One Do You Need?

The game has two endings based on a final choice.

"Hope and Requiem" requires choosing to Release Elpis at the end of the story — this is also required for Speed Demon.

The alternative ending unlocks different cutscene content but has no associated trophy. Choose Release Elpis on every run where Speed Demon or Hope and Requiem are active targets.

Speed Demon, Never Touch the Stuff, Minimalist: Three Separate Challenges

These are three independent trophies with distinct requirements that can but don't have to be combined:

Speed Demon — complete the story and release Elpis within 4 hours. Track current time under Challenges > Speed Demon. Skip all optional areas, skip crafting, and use Infinite Ammo if available.

Never Touch the Stuff — complete the story without using herbs or med injectors at any point. Casual's auto-health recovery means you can survive without healing items. Track status under Challenges > Never Touch the Stuff.

Minimalist — complete the story without using the Blood Collector. Do not pick it up. Without the Blood Collector, Grace cannot craft anything — Casual difficulty is required to compensate for the reduced combat capability.

CP Spending Strategy: Don't Waste Points

Spend CP wisely between playthroughs. Don't use them on things you don't need, or you might end up short on important items.

Priority order: Kotetsu Knife for Grace first (after Playthrough 1) → Infinite Ammo + RPG-7 after the challenge run (roughly 15,000 CP each) → Concept Art and Models last (5,600 CP combined for Curator and Model Mania). Buying Concept Art and Models before Insanity drains the CP reserve needed for the power items.

MapMaster's Trophy Guide: What Makes It Different

Every trophy in the guide below includes the exact unlock location on the interactive maps, the specific recommended spot for execution, and step-by-step instructions — including the Isolation Ward corridor for Bang For Your Buck (three aligned zombies), the Waiting Room Empty Bottle throw sequence for Internal Dispute, the Examination Room Hemolytic Injector pickup-and-use for Fatal Dose, and the Mortar Edge parry recommendation for Cat Got Your Tongue?.

Bang For Your BuckCare Center

How to Unlock: For this trophy (achievement), you must defeat at least three enemies with a single Requiem shot. You can unlock it as Grace in the corridor between the Isolation Ward and the Waiting Room.

As you approach the corridor, you'll see three zombies, including a doctor with a saw. Make sure they are perfectly aligned and that you have a Requiem bullet.

Note: We recommend saving the game before attempting to unlock this trophy (achievement). In case you miss, reload the save and try again.

Speed DemonARK

How to Unlock: To unlock this trophy (achievement), you have to complete the game and release Elpis within 4 hours.

Here are several tips & tricks you should consider:

  • You should attempt unlocking this trophy (achievement) after you complete the game twice and have enough credits to buy the Infinite Ammo perk from the Special Content section.
  • Additionally, consider buying Freya's Needle for Grace for the sections where the Requiem is not available.
  • Play the game on Casual and SKIP all optional rooms and areas. Focus entirely on the main mission and the items that progress the story.
  • Since you have unlimited ammo, you don't need crafting at all, so you can ignore crafting items, thus saving a lot of time.
  • On Casual difficulty, the Requiem will take out enemies instantly.
  • You can also ignore collecting Blood since, again, you don't need to craft anything.
  • All collectibles should also be ignored.
  • Make sure that at the end of the game, you choose to Release Elpis. This is mandatory to unlock the trophy.
Master CraftsmanARK

How to Unlock: To unlock the trophy (achievement), you must craft the following items, as Leon, in a single playthrough:

  • Mixed Herb (G+G)
  • Mixed Herb (G+G+G) – using 3 Green Herbs
  • Mixed Herb (G+G+G) – using a G+G Mixed Herb + 1 Green Herb
  • Handgun Ammo - using Scrap + Gunpowder Small
  • Shotgun Ammo - using Scrap + Gunpowder Larger
  • Rifle Ammo - using Scrap + Gunpowder Large
  • Machine Gun Ammo - using Scrap + Gunpowder Small
  • Hand Grenade - using Scrap + Gunpowder Large
  • Stacked Hand Grenade - using 2x Hand Grenades

Since all crafting materials are marked on our interactive maps, this trophy is fairly easy to unlock on your first run. Make sure you unlock it before entering the Bioweapon Repository 11 Elevator, which leads to the point of no return.

Remarkable AgentARK

How to Unlock: The trophy/achievement unlocks after completing the game on Insanity difficulty. This is the final test in RE Requiem, and you should attempt to unlock this trophy (achievement) after you have unlocked all other trophies.

Here are several tips & tricks you should consider:

  • Insanity difficulty unlocks after you beat the game once on any other difficulty, including Casual.
  • Consider buying the Koketsu knife for Grace from the bonus section of the menu. This will help you retaliate against enemies that manage to grab Grace.
  • After unlocking the Speed Demon, Never Touch the Stuff, and Minimalist trophies, you will have enough CP to buy the following perks:
  • The RPG and Infinite Ammo for Leon. This will help you deal with all bosses and groups of zombies.
  • The Infinite Ammo allows Grace to use the Requiem indefinitely.
  • Buy Freya’s Needle for Grace. You'll need it for the ARK sections when Grace can't use the Requiem.
  • Buy the Infinite Ribbon, which allows you to save the game without having to look for ribbons.
  • On Insanity difficulty, enemies are far more dangerous, and they move faster. Stay sharp.
  • Some Antique Coins spawn in other locations, as well as several key items. Make sure you track them properly on our interactive maps.
  • Safe Codes also change, so don't forget to check our markers.
  • At the end of the game, you can skip the boss fight if you want, by choosing to destroy Elpis. This will not affect the trophy (achievement).
