Resident Evil Requiem: Trophies Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Your path to the Resident Evil Requiem Platinum Trophy is defined by mastering the game’s distinct mechanical challenges. Earning the "Requiem" Platinum is a journey that spans both Leon Kennedy's tactical operations and Grace Ashcroft’s biological struggle, requiring at least two—but ideally three—playthroughs to conquer the nightmare.

The game features 50 trophies (1 Platinum, 3 Gold, 6 Silver, and 40 Bronze). While the story-related milestones are unmissable, every other trophy can be missed due to the lack of a traditional Chapter Select.

To maximize your efficiency when looking to unlock every trophy, we recommend following this tiered approach:

  • Step 1: The Completionist Run (Casual Difficulty): Focus on finding every collectible—Antique Coins, Files, Mr. Raccoons, and Safes. This run is dedicated to learning the game.
  • Step 2: The "Minimalist" Speedrun: Complete the game in under 4 hours without using any healing items (Herbs or Injectors) and without picking up the Blood Collector. This unlocks the "Speed Demon" trophy.
  • Step 3: The Insanity Cleanup: Use your earned Challenge Points (CP) to buy the Infinite Rocket Launcher and Infinite Ammo. This makes the "Remarkable Agent" trophy (beating the game on Insanity) a trivial 3-hour victory lap.

While story trophies like "Déjà vu" and "Umbrella's Legacy" unlock automatically, you must go out of your way for these specific location-based milestones:

  • "Fatal Dose" (Care Center East Wing): As Grace, sneak up on a zombie and use a Hemolytic Injector from behind. The best spot is in the Examination Room, where an injector is placed directly in your path.
  • "Like Mother, Like Daughter" (Care Center): Use a Lockpick to unlock any simple drawer. You can find your first pick in the Lead Researcher’s Office on the 2nd Floor.
  • "No Safe is Safe" (Global): Open all 5 Safes scattered across Grace's sections. Refer to our Safe Code Guide to make sure you don't miss the Mr. Raccoon Map in the Basement.
  • "Crate Expectations" (East Raccoon City): As Leon, open all 3 BSAA Containers after obtaining the keys at Cedarbrook Apartments.

Walking past a missable trophy opportunity can force a complete restart of your 20-hour Platinum run. To help you get the most out of your run, we have added every trophy-related location on our interactive Resident Evil Requiem strategy maps, alongside instructions on how to unlock them.

ARK
Minimalist

How to Unlock: To unlock this trophy, you have to complete the game without using the blood collector. So make sure you don't pick it up.

Here are several tips & tricks you should consider:

  • You should attempt unlocking this trophy (achievement) after you complete the game once, and you know what you must do.
  • Set the difficulty to Casual, because without the blood collector, Grace's crafting is limited. And this includes ammo.
  • Consider buying the Koketsu knife for Grace from the bonus section of the menu.
  • While many players mix this trophy with the Speed Demon and the Never Touch the Stuff trophies, we recommend mixing it only with Never Touch the Stuff, which requires you to beat the game without using herbs or med injectors.
  • Make sure that you check the status of the challenge from time to time. Go to Challenges and pick Minimalist. The counter must show 0 until the end of the game.
  • What you choose to do with Elpis won't affect the trophy.
ARK
Bang For Your Buck

How to Unlock: For this trophy (achievement), you must defeat at least three enemies with a single Requiem shot. You can unlock it as Grace in the corridor between the Isolation Ward and the Waiting Room.

As you approach the corridor, you'll see three zombies, including a doctor with a saw. Make sure they are perfectly aligned and that you have a Requiem bullet.

Note: We recommend saving the game before attempting to unlock this trophy (achievement). In case you miss, reload the save and try again.

Care Center
Speed Demon

How to Unlock: To unlock this trophy (achievement), you have to complete the game and release Elpis within 4 hours.

Here are several tips & tricks you should consider:

  • You should attempt unlocking this trophy (achievement) after you complete the game twice and have enough credits to buy the Infinite Ammo perk from the Special Content section.
  • Additionally, consider buying Freya's Needle for Grace for the sections where the Requiem is not available.
  • Play the game on Casual and SKIP all optional rooms and areas. Focus entirely on the main mission and the items that progress the story.
  • Since you have unlimited ammo, you don't need crafting at all, so you can ignore crafting items, thus saving a lot of time.
  • On Casual difficulty, the Requiem will take out enemies instantly.
  • You can also ignore collecting Blood since, again, you don't need to craft anything.
  • All collectibles should also be ignored.
  • Make sure that at the end of the game, you choose to Release Elpis. This is mandatory to unlock the trophy.
ARK
Never Touch the Stuff

How to Unlock: To unlock this trophy, you have to complete the game without using herbs or med injectors. While you are allowed to pick them up for selling them, for example, you are not allowed to use them, which means that you can't heal during the whole run (playthrough).

Here are several tips & tricks you should consider:

  • You should attempt unlocking this trophy (achievement) after you complete the game once, and you know what you must do.
  • Set the difficulty to Casual, because your health recharges automatically.
  • Consider buying the Koketsu knife for Grace from the bonus section of the menu.
  • You are allowed to buy all upgrades from the Parlor.
  • While many players mix this trophy with the Speed Demon and the Minimalist trophies, we recommend mixing it only with Minimalist, which requires you to beat the game without using the blood collector.
  • Make sure that you check the status of the challenge from time to time. Go to Challenges and pick Never Touch the Stuff. The counter must stay at 0 until the end of the game.
  • What you choose to do with Elpis won't affect the trophy.
ARK
Master Craftsman

How to Unlock: To unlock the trophy (achievement), you must craft the following items, as Leon, in a single playthrough:

  • Mixed Herb (G+G)
  • Mixed Herb (G+G+G) – using 3 Green Herbs
  • Mixed Herb (G+G+G) – using a G+G Mixed Herb + 1 Green Herb
  • Handgun Ammo - using Scrap + Gunpowder Small
  • Shotgun Ammo - using Scrap + Gunpowder Larger
  • Rifle Ammo - using Scrap + Gunpowder Large
  • Machine Gun Ammo - using Scrap + Gunpowder Small
  • Hand Grenade - using Scrap + Gunpowder Large
  • Stacked Hand Grenade - using 2x Hand Grenades

Since all crafting materials are marked on our interactive maps, this trophy is fairly easy to unlock on your first run. Make sure you unlock it before entering the Bioweapon Repository 11 Elevator, which leads to the point of no return.

ARK
Remarkable Agent

How to Unlock: The trophy/achievement unlocks after completing the game on Insanity difficulty. This is the final test in RE Requiem, and you should attempt to unlock this trophy (achievement) after you have unlocked all other trophies.

Here are several tips & tricks you should consider:

  • Insanity difficulty unlocks after you beat the game once on any other difficulty, including Casual.
  • Consider buying the Koketsu knife for Grace from the bonus section of the menu. This will help you retaliate against enemies that manage to grab Grace.
  • After unlocking the Speed Demon, Never Touch the Stuff, and Minimalist trophies, you will have enough CP to buy the following perks:
  • The RPG and Infinite Ammo for Leon. This will help you deal with all bosses and groups of zombies.
  • The Infinite Ammo allows Grace to use the Requiem indefinitely.
  • Buy Freya’s Needle for Grace. You'll need it for the ARK sections when Grace can't use the Requiem.
  • Buy the Infinite Ribbon, which allows you to save the game without having to look for ribbons.
  • On Insanity difficulty, enemies are far more dangerous, and they move faster. Stay sharp.
  • Some Antique Coins spawn in other locations, as well as several key items. Make sure you track them properly on our interactive maps.
  • Safe Codes also change, so don't forget to check our markers.
  • At the end of the game, you can skip the boss fight if you want, by choosing to destroy Elpis. This will not affect the trophy (achievement).
