Resident Evil Requiem: Safe Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

There are 5 combination safes in Resident Evil Requiem — all opened during Grace Ashcroft's sections.

Opening every one unlocks the "No Safe is Safe" Bronze trophy. All locations, combinations, and rewards are pinned on MapMaster's maps, all accessible from the Resident Evil Requiem interactive guide hub.

All 5 Safe Combinations in Resident Evil Requiem

All codes work the same way: spin the dial left or right to the first number, reverse direction to the second, reverse again to the third, then press interact. If the dial snaps back to zero, you've missed a number or turned the wrong direction — restart from the beginning.

Bar & Lounge Safe (Care Center, 2F bar counter)

• Casual/Standard: Left 10 – Right 80 – Left 30

Examination Room Safe (Care Center, 1F East Wing shelf)

Monitor Control Room Safe (ARK, cabinet at back of room)

• Reward: Empty Bottle + Bottle of Acid + Med Injector

You don't need to find the code file before using a combination — input any code directly on the dial when you locate the safe.

The Basement Safe: Why the Code Is Easy to Miss

The Basement Safe file isn't found during Grace's section. The clue is inside a cabinet in the Attic Storage room — a cabinet that only Leon can open with his Hatchet, after defeating Chunk in the Attic boss fight.

If you skip that cabinet as Leon, Grace cannot return to retrieve the file later. The file also counts toward the Case Closed trophy, making it doubly important.

Open the cabinet as Leon the moment the Attic fight ends — don't proceed to the next area first.

Insanity Difficulty: All Codes Change

On Insanity, every safe combination changes from Casual/Standard. The safe locations and their code files remain in the same places — only the numbers differ.

Insanity codes for all five safes are listed above and in each individual checklist entry below. The open Waiting Room safe (see below) is empty on Insanity.

The Open Waiting Room Safe

A sixth safe in the Waiting Room is already pried open when you arrive — no combination required.

On Casual and Standard, it contains Antique Coin x2. On Insanity, the safe is empty.

This safe does not count toward the "No Safe is Safe" trophy, but the coins are worth collecting during your first pass through the Waiting Room.
