V10 in Forza Horizon 5 is the film-making Horizon Story — 12 chapters styled as numbered movie scenes shot across Mexico with your car on camera, following director Frankie Beaumont's quest to make the ultimate racing film.
The chapters are literally called "Scene 15," "Scene 23," and so on — actual scene numbers in Beaumont's script — with a genuine Post Credit Scene as the finale.
It's one of the most accessible stories for the "Cover to Cover" Bronze trophy. Unlocked after the Baja Expedition, all 12 chapter locations have also been included on our Forza Horizon 5 Mexico map.
"Cover to Cover" (Bronze, 14.5% completion) — earn 3 stars on all chapters in a single Horizon Story. V10's 12 chapters are considered one of the most accessible paths to this trophy alongside El Camino and Vocho — the majority of chapters have generous time windows, and the two score-based chapters (100,000 PTS) are achievable without a purpose-built car.
The two exceptions that demand serious preparation are Scene 103 (speed) and Scene 117 (distance) — both covered below. For a pure story-3-star sweep, V10 is significantly less demanding than Born Fast or Lucha De Carreteras.
After Scene 23, the story splits into two parallel chapters — Scene 35A and Scene 35B, both scored at 100,000 PTS.
As with the branching chapters in Born Fast and El Camino, both must be completed before Scene 43 unlocks. Play either first; the other opens alongside it.
Scene 117 (763 M) — at 2,503 FT, this is more than double the 3-star requirement of the hardest Danger Sign in Mexico. The jump uses a specific ramp in the Baja desert; arrive at full speed with the longest possible run-up.
A high-Launch, high-top-speed hypercar (Koenigsegg Jesko, Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, Rimac Nevera) is needed — standard performance cars will not reach sufficient airtime for 763 M.
Scene 103 (386 km/h) — approximately 240 MPH, placed on a long straight section of highway. The same hypercar class applies. Search for tunes specifically optimized for top speed rather than cornering — the run-up to the speed trigger is the only section that matters for this chapter.
