Crimson Desert: Accessory Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In Crimson Desert, accessories are typically found in three ways: Strongboxes hidden in regional manors, Boss drops, and Contribution Shops inside major citadels.

Unlike armor, which is often bought for silver, the best jewelry is earned through puzzle-solving or faction reputation. Once you acquire a piece, you can refine it at a blacksmith using Fleece and Azurite to unlock "Refinement Tiers" that add secondary stats like Attack Speed or Spirit regeneration.

Your journey for earrings often begins in the northern building of Bluemont Manor in Hernand City. On the second floor, you will find a strongbox protected by an Owl picture puzzle.

By rotating the panels—specifically using the sequence for buttons four, one, two, and then three—you can claim the Oath of Darkness earring, which provides an essential early-game defense boost. For those looking for regeneration, the Engraved Gold Earring is hidden in a strongbox at Lioncrest Manor on the northwest outskirts of Hernand.

This manor is heavily guarded, but you can slip inside through a back window on the second floor to solve a nine-fragment rotation puzzle. Other notable earrings include the Flower Petal Earring, found in a lockbox at Mudridge Cabin after a sliding tile challenge, and the Witch's Earring located in the Southern Court of Demeniss.

Rings and necklaces are often tied to the continent’s most dangerous residents. The Ancient Ring is a legendary reward dropped by Primus the Ancient at the Daggerhead Monolith in Delesyia, while its counterpart, the Ancient's Necklace, is held by Priscus the Ancient at the Spire of Ringing Truth west of Pailune.

If you prefer exploration over combat, the Saint's Necklace is tucked away in Hillside Manor near Hernand Castle, accessible via a southwest window climb. Another Finely Crafted Gold Necklace can be found in the southern building of Bluemont Manor by aligning five pins to match a mountainscape painting.

For those with high regional standing, the Demenissian Signet and Tashkalp Signet are available for 65 points at their respective castle Contribution Shops, offering some of the highest fixed defense stats in the game.

Finally, interact with the knob on the right side to open the strongbox.

To unlock the Strongbox, you have to place the cylinders in the correct position. Here is how to deal with this puzzle quickly: First, interact with all cylinders and push them all the way up until you can't push them anymore. Now, from left to right, pull them down, but make sure you count the turns on each cylinder: 2 turns, 5 turns, 5 turns, 4 turns, 3 turns. Finally, interact with the knob on the right side to open the strongbox. Now pick up the small box inside to obtain the ring.
Saint's NecklaceHernandSaint's Necklace	Hernand	Found inside the Hillside Manor Strongbox. Look for it in the corner of a room on the upper floor of the manor. To unlock the Strongbox, you have to place the cylinders in the correct position. Here is how to deal with this puzzle quickly: Select the first cylinder (from left to right), press the Square button (PS5) to grab it, then hold the Down Arrow on your D-Pad to rotate it 2 times. Do the same with the second cylinder (from left to right), but rotate it 3 times. Do the same with the third cylinder (from left to right), but rotate it 4 times. Do the same with the fourth and fifth cylinders (from left to right), but rotate them 5 times. Finally, use the knob on the right side of the box and rotate it to open it. Note: If you want to reset and start over, just rotate the 5 cylinders all the way up.
