Burn the vines to clear the entrance and crawl through. At the end of the passage, immediately take the right-hand path—this triggers a spike trap that seals the tunnel and leaves you with the chest. Use fast travel to exit afterward, as being struck directly by the spikes can leave you stuck and may require reloading your save.
