Found next to a fire on the ground level of Roothold. You can only steal it.

Found in the crates by the Three Saints' Falls lake.

The Lantern is a tool you'll automatically unlock while playing the Realm of Uncertainty quest in Hernand. You can use it to find your way in dark areas.

Found in the camp on top of the hill. Look for it behind the villager by the tent.

Found in the broken wheelbarrow by the road.

The Broom can be retrieved while playing the Actions Speak Louder than Words. It sits by the door of the house you'll visit during the quest, and you'll pick it up automatically to clean the chimney.
