Code Vein 2: Valuable Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Pick up a purple-glowing item in Code Vein 2, and it might be a Glowing Haze. It might be an Uncanny Stone. Or it might be a Valuable — a collectible gift item for the Partners waiting at MagMell Hub.

Valuables earn Trading Points with the Partner who receives them, unlocking Partner-specific weapons, recipes, and materials from their Trade Shop.

All 35+ confirmed Valuable locations are tracked on MapMaster's Code Vein 2 interactive maps, with each item's exact world position noted.

What Valuables Do in Code Vein 2

Valuables are the gift currency for Partner affinity. Interact with any Partner at MagMell Hub, select "Give Gift," and choose a Valuable from your inventory — the Partner's reaction determines how many Trading Points you earn:

Love — 7 Trading Points per gift
Like — 3 Trading Points
Neutral — 2 Trading Points
Dislike — 1 Trading Point, or the item is rejected and returned

Trading Points are partner-specific. Points earned with Josée cannot be spent in Noah's Trade Shop. Once you've reached enough points with a Partner, their Trade Shop expands — and at maximum affinity, the Irreplaceable trophy unlocks.

Food items are accepted repeatedly by the same Partner but only yield two-thirds of their normal Trading Point value on subsequent gifts. Non-food items grant full value only once.

The fastest route to maximum affinity combines world Valuable gifting with completing each Partner's Requests.

Finding the Right Valuable for Each Partner in Code Vein 2

Every Partner has fixed preferences — confirmed favourite items from the visible checklist include:

Lou — Black Tea, History Book (Heavy History Book, on the upper floor reading room at MagMell Hub post-Clifftop Cavern), First Love Juice.
Lavinia — Wine (Vintage Wine, shelf inside the MagMell Hub tools store), Perfume (Stylish Perfume, stone pillar in water on The Continent).
Noah — Cookbook (Seized Substation courtyard truck), Kitchen Knife, Soufflé.
Iris — Fashion Magazine (Pre-Collapse Fashion Mag, by Jadwiga in the recreation room at MagMell Hub), Soap (Organic Soap, table outside the character customisation room at MagMell Hub), Military Rations (multiple Continent locations).
Jadwiga — Beer (Bottled Beer, hole in the wall at Seized Substation upper floor), Figurines, Noodles.
Valentin — Tool-type items, including Consommé Soup.
Josée — Oden Bread, food and drink items.
Craig — Steak, food items.
Holly — Roasted Mushrooms, personal items.
Lyle — Omelet Rice.
Zenon — Sushi.

If a Valuable's intended recipient isn't clear, checking the item icon in your inventory narrows it down — food and drink items skew toward Partners who favour consumables; books and historical items tend toward Partners with intellectual or personal lore associations.

All Valuable Locations in Code Vein 2

The largest concentration is across The Continent — Military Rations appear at multiple road and tower locations, Cup Noodles cluster near the Sunken City waterfront, and Munchies are scattered through the Corroded Scar road network.

MagMell Hub holds four Valuables that only appear post-Clifftop Cavern: Vintage Wine, Heavy History Book, Organic Soap, and Pre-Collapse Fashion Mag.

Other confirmed locations include:

Gyokuro under the stone bridge in the Ruins upper courtyard;
Vintage Brandy behind the large column in the Water Treatment Plant;
Cookbook and Premium Cigar across two floors of the Seized Substation;
Classic Comic (Romance) on the upper walkway of Sunken Pylon;
Aromatic Herbal Tea atop the containers at Josée's Outpost;
Ukiyo-e by the large crystals in Crystal Grotto;
Antique Coin at the top of Forward Base Two tower;
Local Pennant on the roof corner of Pioneer Castle.
Military Rations also appear at the Cliff Underground Ruins and Frontier Observation Post.
