Officer Cordell can interact with any stand to eat, a small flavor detail that adds immersion to patrol shifts between callouts.

Two Types of Stands
- Hot Dog Stands are the more common of the two, found in parks, plazas, parking lots, and street corners throughout both halves of the city — often positioned near subway station entrances or busy commercial strips.
- Donuts Stands appear less frequently but follow the same pattern, typically found near diners, subway stations, or close to the precinct itself — a fitting touch given the genre's most enduring cliché.
A Nod to a Genre Trope
Interacting with a Shop to eat is entirely optional and carries no direct mechanical requirement for any trophy — but it plays into one of the game's better running jokes.
The Clean Slate trophy, which requires flushing every toilet in the precinct and other buildings, is widely understood by players as the game's punchline to its own donut-eating flavor text: what goes in eventually needs to come out.
Stopping at a Shop between patrols is a small way to lean into the 1980s cop atmosphere the game is built around.
