Finding The First Berserker: Khazan collection items is fairly important if you are looking to uncover the game's deepest lore and unlock the true ending. Whether you are hunting for background details or chasing the Platinum trophy, you'll want to find all of these collectibles.

Before diving into the locations, it is important to distinguish between the two specific types of collectibles you will encounter:

Collection Items: These are scattered throughout the world and primarily serve to expand the backstory of characters and locations. You only need to find one of these to unlock the Traces of a Stranger trophy/achievement, which naturally occurs through story progress.
Golden Collection Items: These are the high-priority items. While they look similar to regular items, they further develop the main plot. There are exactly 15 Golden Collection Items in the game. You must find all of them to unlock Ozma’s Past achievement (trophy) and the THE FIRST BERSERKER ending trophy.
