Resident Evil Requiem: Med Injector Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Med Injectors are the highest-tier healing item in Resident Evil Requiem — consuming one fully restores health regardless of how low it is, making them the go-to resource before boss encounters and the fastest recovery option in critical moments.

The team at MapMaster has documented over 25 confirmed Med Injector locations across all areas, tracked via the Resident Evil Requiem interactive maps.

Med Injectors are one of only two items in the game that restore your character's full health.

What Does the Med Injector Do?

A single Med Injector fully restores the player's health bar instantly — no partial heal, no waiting. That's the entire function.

It takes one inventory slot and is consumed on use. Both Grace and Leon can carry and use Med Injectors found in the world.

Grace Crafts, Leon Buys: How Each Character Gets Med Injectors

The two characters have entirely different access routes beyond world pickups. Grace can craft Med Injectors after analyzing the Converged Blood Specimen — the recipe requires 1x Green Herb + 60x Infected Blood, or 1x Mixed Herb (G+G) + 30x Infected Blood.

The G+G route is more blood-efficient per heal. Leon cannot craft Med Injectors. Leon can purchase Med Injectors from the Supply Box for 1,500 Credits after obtaining the Tactical Tracker.

Any unused Med Injector in Leon's inventory can also be sold back to a Supply Box for 1,500 Credits — a useful liquidity source when his case is full heading into Raccoon City.

Should You Craft Med Injectors?

Strategic advice: prioritise crafting Hemolytic Injectors for stealth kills first, and lean on Green Herb combinations for standard healing — there are enough herbs in the Care Center to sustain yourself without dipping into your Infected Blood reserves.

Reserve Med Injector crafting for Insanity difficulty, where herbs are less plentiful, or for boss fight preparation in the ARK when you need a guaranteed full-health reset in your inventory.

Notable Access-Gated Pickups

The most memorable Med Injector in the game is in the Care Center Attic — found in a hole in the wall that doesn't exist until you lure the Chunk enemy into the room and let it smash through.

You cannot reach this injector by any other means.

Two Med Injectors are locked inside ARK safes: one in the Sterilization Chamber safe and one in the Monitor Control Room safe — both require their respective safe combinations found in nearby File entries.

One Care Center entry drops from the zombie doctor outside the Waiting Room on difficulties other than Casual.

The B4 Staff Room ARK entry is flagged in the checklist as possibly difficulty or playthrough-dependent.
