Resident Evil Requiem: Green Herb Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In the bio-organic nightmare of Resident Evil 9: Requiem, your most reliable ally is the Green Herb. Finding all Green Herb locations is the only way to sustain your health across the brutal corridors of the Care Center and the industrial depths of the ARK. Whether you are playing as Leon or Grace, these botanical life-savers are the foundation of your survival kit, providing instant relief from injuries or acting as a base for potent medical cocktails.

Securing every herb is also a key component for the "Master Craftsman" Achievement, which requires you to craft every possible item with Leon. While a single Green Herb provides a small amount of health recovery, their true value is unlocked through the crafting menu. By combining them with other specimens, you can create:

Mixed Herb (G+G): Provides a moderate health boost, roughly double that of a single herb.
Mixed Herb (G+G+G): Fully restores your health and provides a temporary "fortified" status that reduces incoming damage for a short duration.

If you are braving Insanity difficulty, be prepared for a significant shift. Green Herb spawns are drastically reduced, and the game replaces many static pickups with random enemy drops or crafting scraps. In this mode, finding a fixed herb location is a high-priority event, and you should avoid using them individually—always save them for a (G+G) or (G+G+G) mixture to maximize their efficiency.
