Prerequisite: Start The Battle of Saigagake and reach the barred gate north of Saigagake Junction Shrine.

• Head for a temple with ties to Minamoto no Yoritomo.
• Defeat all the yokai in front of the temple (including Onryoki).
• Offer the candle that was given to you by placing it on the Altar inside the tunnel.
• Speak with Tokugawa Ieyasu.

• Speak to Matsunaga Hisashide.
• Search for celadon tea bowls near Heian-kyo's Nishiichi area.
