Mafia: The Old Country: Saint's Card Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In the deeply traditional landscape of 1900s Sicily, Saints' Cards represent the spiritual backbone of the community. For Enzo Favara, these cards serve as the primary religious collectible. There are 20 Saints' Cards to find, each placed on a small stone or wooden shrine scattered across the world.

Collecting all 20 is mandatory to complete your in-game gallery and unlock The Collector trophy/achievement. Unlike Mystery Foxes, which can be anywhere, Saints' Cards follow a specific rule: they are always located on a Shrine.

  • Look for small alcoves in walls, roadside stone pillars with candles, or elaborate wooden boxes in village squares.
  • The cards appear as small, rectangular pieces of parchment with an illustration of a Saint. They emit a faint white glow when you are nearby.

While most of Sicily is open for exploration in Explore Mode, two specific cards are locked behind the gates of story-only interiors. This means that there are two types of cards:

  • Story-Exclusive Cards (2 Total): These cards are located in high-security areas that are only accessible during their respective missions (Chapters 1 and 2). If you miss them, you must use Chapter Replay.
  • Free Roam Cards (18 Total): These are spread across the towns and countryside of Sicily. You can collect these at any time during Explore Mode.

Each card provides a snippet of history regarding the Saint and how they are revered by the various factions of the Sicilian underworld.

Because our goal is to provide the most complete interactive map for Mafia: The Old Country, we've made sure to mark all Saints' Cards properly, so you can track them while playing the game.
