Mafia: The Old Country: Beads Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In the brutal world of 1900s Sicily, survival depends on more than just a quick trigger finger. Beads are the secondary charms in Mafia: The Old Country that grant Enzo powerful passive buffs.

Unlike Medallions, which provide major game-altering abilities, Beads offer essential utility—allowing you to carry more ammo, move silently, or heal faster during a shootout.

There are 23 Beads to collect. While some are found in the world as golden statues, others must be purchased using your hard-earned Dinari:

  • San Celeste Statues: These are small, golden statues hidden within the story chapters. They are chapter-specific; if you finish a mission without picking up the statue, you must use Chapter Replay to get it.
  • Pasquale’s Store: Other Beads are not found in the world. You must visit Pasquale’s shop (North of San Celeste) and spend Dinari.

If you prefer to take the "Silent" approach, we recommend upgrading to a Silver Rosary as early as possible and stacking these specific Beads:

  • Fantasma (Quiet movement)
  • Abile (Deadly knife throws)
  • Astuzia (Better distractions)

Because many statues are hidden behind "Point of No Return" doors in the story missions, missing a Bead can severely affect your performance on Hard or Old Country difficulty.

However, should you decide to use our Mafia: The Old Country interactive map, you will be able to find all the Beads listed below, without replaying a single mission.
