Mafia: The Old Country: Trinacria Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

The Trinacria — the ancient three-legged symbol of Sicily — appears across the island as small stone or metal artifacts pinned to walls, resting on surfaces, and mounted above doorways throughout early 1900s San Celeste.

In Mafia: The Old Country, they are a purely economic collectible: each one sells for 100 Dinari at Pasquale's Store, making systematic Trinacria collection one of the fastest ways to fund cars, weapons, and Rosary upgrades.

MapMaster's team has documented 59 confirmed Trinacria across the game's Sicily map — marked on the in-game world map available via our Mafia: The Old Country interactive guide.

One Trophy, No Full-Set Requirement

Only one trophy is tied to Trinacria: "Bona Furtuna" — unlocked by collecting your very first one.

Beyond that single pickup, Trinacria are not required for The Collector trophy, 100% completion in the collectible sense, or any other achievement.

There is also no in-game counter tracking how many Trinacria Enzo has found or how many remain — unlike Newspapers or Saints' Cards, which have journal trackers. MapMaster's guide is the only reliable reference for tracking how many you've collected and which remain.

Two Ways to Collect Trinacria

Most Trinacria in this guide fall into one of two categories:

  • Ground-level pickups — on crates, tables, stone benches, coffins, barrels, and shelves. Simply approach and interact.

  • Elevated and mounted Trinacria — pinned to high walls, stone arches, bridge railings, church steeples, and cliff-face structures above Enzo's reach. These must be shot down with a pistol or rifle before they can be collected. Listen for the faint metallic tinkling sound — the louder it is, the closer you are to a mounted Trinacria that needs to be looked for above eye level.

How to Spot Trinacria on the Map

Unlike Mystery Foxes, which only appear on the map after collection, Trinacria markers are visible when the Sicily map is zoomed in — both during story chapters and in Explore Mode.

This makes sweeping the map for uncollected Trinacria significantly easier than hunting foxes.

How to Sell Trinacria

Trinacria are worthless in inventory — they must be sold to convert to Dinari. Travel to Pasquale's Store north of San Celeste and interact with the table next to Benedetta's chair at the back of the store (past the entrance to the cellar).

This converts all held Trinacria to Dinari instantly at 100 Dinari each. Dinari earned this way is shared across Story Mode, Chapter Replay, and Explore Mode. Trinacria can be sold at any point — holding them costs nothing.

Collecting all 59 confirmed Trinacria yields approximately 5,900 Dinari — meaningful progress toward the 11,000 needed for The Finer Things trophy's 7 cars, or the 5,000 needed for the Mystery Fox at Pasquale's Store.

Combined with Locked Box income and loot from enemies, a systematic Trinacria sweep typically covers most major Pasquale purchases before the campaign ends.

Chapter 12 Trinacria: No Map

Three Trinacria are located inside the Chapter 12 Palermo sequence — the same chapter that has no in-game map. Navigation here relies entirely on the guide rather than the Sicily map screen.
