Forza Horizon 5 PlayStation: Player House Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Player Houses in Forza Horizon 5 are the 7 properties scattered across Mexico — each one a fast travel point, a passive perk, or both, and all 7 must be purchased for the "Mogul" Silver trophy at a total cost of 10,050,000 credits (or 7,850,000 with VIP and Welcome Pack content).

Two Trophies, Two Thresholds

• "Mi Casa" (Bronze) — unlock your first Player House. Casa Bella is given for free during the game's introduction — this trophy fires automatically within the first 30 minutes.

• "Mogul" (Silver) — purchase all 7 Player Houses. The Hotel Castillo at 5,000,000 credits is the barrier that makes Mogul a late-game trophy. The remaining 6 houses cost a combined 5,050,000.

All 7 Houses: Price, Perk, and Priority

Casa Bella — Free

• Perk: Skill Songs (DJs occasionally play Skill Songs that double skill XP).
• The first house, gifted by Ramiro during the introductory campaign. Every other house appears on the map after receiving Casa Bella.

La Cabaña — 150,000 credits

• Perk: None listed — but purchasing La Cabaña triggers the Ferrari 250 GTO Barn Find Rumour, the 14th and final Barn Find. Without buying this house, the Ferrari 250 GTO Rumour never appears.
• Buy it early — it's the cheapest paid house and the most consequential single purchase in the game.

Buena Esperanza — 700,000 credits

• Perk: None listed. A fast travel point near the eastern coast; useful for exploration but carries no passive benefit.

Lugar Tranquillo — 700,000 credits

• Perk: Horizon Promo (photograph your car collection). Enables Horizon Promo sessions and is required for the "Album Cover" Accolade (photograph a 2021 Mercedes-AMG ONE).
• Free with the Welcome Pack DLC.

La Casa Solariega — 1,500,000 credits

• Perk: #Forzathon Points Boost (earn double Forzathon Points from weekly events). Near the Teotihuacán ruins, northwest of the festival.
• Free with VIP membership.

Buenas Vistas — 2,000,000 credits

• Perk: Fast Travel anywhere on the map (not just to Festival Sites). This house appears after completing the Guanajuato Expedition.
• Combined with smashing all 50 Fast Travel Boards (making fast travel free), owning Buenas Vistas creates complete, cost-free movement to any point on the map.

Hotel Castillo — 5,000,000 credits

• Perk: Daily Wheelspin (1 free Wheelspin every day). The most expensive house and the best long-term passive income source in the game — each daily wheelspin has a chance to award cars, credits, or Super Wheelspins worth hundreds of thousands of credits.
• This is typically the last house purchased.
