Crimson Desert: Equipment Shop Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In Crimson Desert, your equipment vendor is your most important ally between boss fights. Unlike the Contribution Shops that use reputation, Equipment Shops deal in raw Silver and Copper, providing a permanent inventory of weapons, shields, and armor sets.

Your journey into the Pywel economy starts in Hernand City, where you’ll find the giant vendor Rhett standing prominently in the town square near the blacksmith. After you defeat Matthias in the main story, Rhett becomes the exclusive source for the Canta Plate Set, a balanced mid-tier armor set that many players use well into Chapter 5.

In the same square, you’ll also find the local Blacksmith and Tailor, who provide basic starting gear like regal clothes and standard-issue longswords.

As you explore the wider Hernand region, don't miss the Equipment Shop in Thalwynd, located in the central town square; it’s one of the few places to buy the Unyielding Warrior’s Plate set early on. Further north in the mountain town of Calphade, the equipment merchant is positioned right in the central square, offering high-durability shields like the Freeswords Shield.

Once you reach the sprawling capital of Delesyia, you must equip your Visione helmet to access the market district's specialty vendors, who stock the latest in mechanical weaponry and the Delesyian Longsword. In the southern regions, the Tommaso Equipment Shop is located near the central plaza, while Pailune’s vendor can be found near the western market docks after the city is liberated.

For those who prefer a one-stop shop, remember to complete Marius’s missions to unlock Tranan at your camp, then use regional Supply Contracts to bring the city inventories directly to your Greymane home base.

If you're running low on silver, visit the Hernand Bank to exchange your gold bars for 500 silver each—enough to buy almost any full plate set in the starting regions.
