Crimson Desert: Equipment Shop Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide
There are 18 Equipment Shops in Crimson Desert — silver-and-copper vendors spread across all five regions and beyond, covering weapons, armor, shields, ammunition, crafting books, and supply contracts.
Unlike Contribution Shops that run on faction reputation, Equipment Shops deal in straightforward silver purchases from the moment you walk in.

Rhett — Your First and Most Important Vendor
Rhett runs the Hernand Equipment Shop east of the Inn in Hernand City.
He's the only vendor who sells the One-Handed Weapons of the World, Vol. 1 crafting book (2.50 Silver), unlocking sword, axe, dagger, mace, and rapier crafting at any smithy — buy it immediately.
His core stock includes the Glenmore Sword, Bekker Dagger, Bekker Shield, Bekker Bow, Balton Hammer, and Rhett's Longsword.
After you defeat Matthias in the main story, the Canta Plate Armor Set becomes available for 18.98 Silver — a balanced mid-tier set that carries through Chapter 5.
At 100 Trust with Rhett, two hidden items unlock: the Kite Shield (15.51 Silver) and the Equipment Supply Contract - Hernand (17.16 Silver), which brings Hernand's inventory to your camp.
Second Hernand Vendor: Nork at the Excavation Site
Nork's shop near the excavation site is the first place to buy the Ranged Weapons of the World - Guns, Vol. 1 crafting book (2.50 Silver) alongside the Bekker Large Shield and Bekker Axe.
Worth visiting early alongside Rhett.
Thalwynd Equipment Shop — Temir
Temir in central Thalwynd village is one of the few early sources for the Unyielding Warrior's Plate set (helm, armor, cloak, boots) and the full Thalwynd weapon line, including the Thalwynd Longsword (7.08 Silver) and Thalwynd Large Shield.
He also stocks Shields of the World Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 crafting books.
Camp Vendor: Tranan
Tranan is a camp-based Equipment Shop that unlocks after completing the A Rumor at Glenbright Farm quest in Hernand.
Once active, he brings weapon and armor vendor access to the Greymane camp — eliminating the need to ride into town before every upgrade session.
The Sky Galleon Vargon Merchant
The most unusual shop in the game: a merchant found on an airship, high in the sky over Delesyia.
Access requires reaching the Sky Galleon — the checklist has the exact coordinates. The inventory is unique and worth the journey.
The Blaster Shop — Forrex at Rustfield Scrapyard
Forrex operates a dedicated Blaster Shop in Delesyia's Rustfield Scrapyard — a firearms-only specialist selling guns and gun-related equipment not available from standard Equipment Shop vendors.
Separate from the Delesyia Equipment Shop run by Leore on the city's south side.
Liberation and Quest Gates
- The Crimson Mountains Fortress Equipment Shop in the Crimson Desert region only opens after you liberate the fortress.
- The Hernand Equipment Shop, run by Galdor, unlocks after completing "The Weight of Legacy" quest and reporting back to Baron Alfonso.
- Pailune's shops open following Chapter 7's city liberation.
- Bloodsteel Camp's shop (Malchor, Demeniss) is accessible once you control the camp.
