Marksmanship Scales Everything

Raw Attack stat is only part of the equation. Your Marksmanship skill level directly scales the damage output of every bow you equip — and unlocking higher Marksmanship tiers opens new active ranged skills that make bow builds genuinely threatening.

Invest in Marksmanship before hunting for a new bow.

Key skills unlocked through Marksmanship include Focused Shot, Multishot, Evasive Shot, and Charged Shot.

Best Bows in the Game

The Golden-Knotted Ancestral Bow (Pailune) is the ideal foundation for a build-focused setup — bonus effects and extra Abyss Core slots give it more customisation range than any other bow in the game.

The Noble Man's Bow (Pailune, Valgrind Tomb north of the city) carries the highest raw Attack damage and is straightforward to collect once you're in the region.

For Hernand players, the Bekker Bow is a reliable early pickup — part of the same Bekker family as the Bekker Axes and available in similar roadside locations.

The Infinite Arrows Build

The bow becomes genuinely overpowered once you combine Infinite Arrows Abyss Gear with high crit stacking and Explosive Arrow pressure via Evasive Shot.

Ammo Management

Arrows must be crafted or purchased — stock up before Abyss dungeon runs. A safe count for a full Abyss run is 200+ arrows.

Save Explosive Arrows for puzzles and boss phases, and rely on melee for regular enemies in between.
