Borderlands 4 (BL4): White Chest Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

White Chests are a great source of mid-tier equipment in Borderlands 4. Distinct from the common Weapon Containers, these silver-and-white caches offer a significantly better loot table, filling the gap between standard drops and high-value Red Chests.

While they are not as potent as Red Chests, White Chests still have a small chance to drop Legendary gear, making them well worth opening whenever you spot one on Kairos.

While many White Chests are accessible immediately, some of the most valuable ones are protected by security systems. You will often find these chests locked behind energy barriers. To lower the shield, you must solve environmental puzzles, such as locating and removing power batteries, shooting fuse boxes, or following power cables to a breaker switch.

Like other loot sources in the game, White Chests work on a dynamic system:

Their locations can vary between playthroughs or sessions.
They can respawn over time, allowing you to revisit areas to farm for new weapons and shields.
