Blades Of Fire: Nerea's Statue Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Nerea's Statues in Blades of Fire are weeping stone effigies of Queen Nerea scattered across the world — and offering Blue Gems at each one is the only path to the game's true ending.

There are 13 statues in total, each consuming 2 Blue Gems (Nerea's Tears) in exchange for a Fragmented Tablet Piece.

Collect all 13 pieces to reconstruct the full tablet and unlock a secret epilogue with two distinct outcomes: burn the Genesis Hex to prevent its power from spreading, or use it to revive an uncorrupted version of Nerea herself in her Royal Palace tomb.

All confirmed statue locations have been documented by Map Master's team and included on our Blades of Fire interactive maps.

Where Blue Gems Come From

26 Blue Gems are needed across all 13 statues. They come from three sources — none are found in standard chests:

  • Defeating most named Bosses and Templars of the Sacred Steel awakened by an Iridescent Crow drops one Blue Gem each. Crow-less Templars drop nothing.

  • Freeing all five Cursed Paladins rewards one Blue Gem per Paladin — 5 gems from this source alone, making the Paladin hunt a critical early priority for any player targeting the true ending.

Multiple Statues Require Specific Prerequisites

Several statues are gated behind story progress or items:

  • Kar-Lethel Swamp — Light Rune required; extend the southern bridge via the associated brazier.
  • The Iron Castle — behind a locked gate; the Ancient Key is carried by a nearby Templar.
  • Doyen Graves — only accessible after acquiring the Karamuth in Chapter 4; fly to the top of the tower.
  • The City of Curved Stones — reach via the zipline on the roof of the tower in Watchtower Domain; requires Roggs' Skull.
  • Southern Hiss City — Golden Bell (Chapter 3) + Time Rune required; repair the floor in the adjoining room, then step on the teleport plate.
  • Citadel of Tharas-Munda — requires the Dark Gazer item from The Royal Palace and a charged Soul Rune.
  • King's Bastion — only appears after discovering an empty statue space in The Royal Palace; also requires defeating Vhoroo again inside the cave beneath the Bastion.
  • The Roggs Mountains — lower the water level in the flooded area before the statue becomes accessible.

Post-Story Cleanup: Use the Forger's Totems

If all 13 Fragmented Tablets aren't collected by the time the credits roll, the Forger's Totem in each region activates as a golden Forger's Oracle post-story, revealing any remaining Golden Secret markers on the map — the most efficient way to track down missed statues during free-roam without manually searching every region.
