Painted on the wall in the small alcove you can reach after descending the ladder by the upper wall.

It can be found painted on the wall of the demolished building on top of the hill, after climbing the ladder in the cave.

Found on the wall at the bottom of the tower. Use a Time Rune imbued weapon to repair the floor and progress to the next area, thus progressing the story.

It can be spotted on the statue on the upper floor of Aecides' Chapel.

Found on the wall of the upper cave past the two Templars. The rune warns you that you can survive the cave ahead only by using the Light Rune imbued weapon.

Found on the wall by the maze stairs. After obtaining the Light Rune on the Roggs Mountains, use a Light imbued weapon to unlock the hidden entrance.

It can be spotted on the wall in a small alcove next to a withered tree. The Light Rune is unlocked via story progression when you climb the Roggs Mountains.

Use a Light Rune imbued weapon when near the symbol, and you'll reveal an inscription that allows Adso to discover a secret passage.

Found on the exterior wall of the structure, near the chest. After obtaining the Light Rune on the Roggs Mountains, use a Light imbued weapon to unlock the hidden entrance.

It can be spotted painted on the rock near the round mosaic in the pond.

It can be spotted on the broken wall at the base of the tower. You can reach it by descending the nearby rope.

Found on the wall in the courtyard. Use a Time Rune imbued weapon to repair the ladder.

Found inside the treasury, you can reach via the zipline. Look for the Rune on the wall near the painting. Use a Soul Rune imbued weapon (must be charged by killing enemies) to activate the nearby painting.

Painted on the wall near the iron gate. The inscription allows you to repair the gate using a Time Rune imbued weapon. Look for the Blue Lady if you don't have an imbued weapon.

Found on the wall past the hole in the fence. Use a Time Rune imbued weapon to repair the stairs and progress further.

Found on a rock by the broken bridge. Use the Time Rune imbued weapon to fix the suspended bridge.

Painted on the mountain wall. The inscription allows you to remove the boulders and access the cave behind, using a Light Rune imbued weapon. The Light Rune can be unlocked after reaching The Roggs Mountains.

Found on the ground at the end of the upper corridor.

Found on a rock by the broken bridge. Use the Time Rune imbued weapon to fix the suspended bridge.

Found on the wall on top of the stairs at the bottom of the Hell's Bell crypt. After reaching the Citadel of Thars-Munda, you'll need to return to this area and activate the rune using a Light Rune imbued weapon to discover the hidden passage behind the wall.

Found on the wall in the underground area you'll reach after opening the northern gate.

Found on a rock at the edge of the mountain plateau.

Painted on the wall behind the locked door in The Crimson Rift. The inscription allows you to extend the bridge after obtaining the Time Rune from the Blue Lady.

Found on the wall near the wooden platform halfway up the tower, past the shimmy point. The inscription allows you to repair the elevator in the tower using a Time Rune imbued weapon. Look for the Blue Lady if you don't have an imbued weapon.

Found on the stone pillar in front of the Templar.

Found on the wall near the Morlock's Cave entrance on the third floor of the Celestial Cave. The rune warns you that you can survive the cave ahead only by using the Light Rune imbued weapon. Make sure you imbue one of your weapons with the Light Rune from the Blue Lady nearby.

Inscribed on the small wall at the base of the stairs in the room where you find Dhyrias' Hammer. Use a Light Rune imbued weapon to extend a bridge and get to the hammer.

Bbeneath Despair Island, on the wall prior to entering the dark cave.

Beneath the island, in the dark cavern. Head right along the mushrooms on the right side to find a door locked by the Light Rune.

Can be reached by using a Teleporter.

On the wall of a cave entrance.

By the wrecked bridge, on a stone.

Left of the door, on the wall. Unlock it, and offer the Dark Gazer, which can be obtained in the Royal Palace, to the hand.

By a cave entrance, north of Crusader's Grotto Forger's Anvil.

In a confined area on the tower’s middle level. Access it by taking the elevator found in the central shaft at the Mausoleum’s ground floor.
