Revenge of the Savage Planet: Capturable Creature Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In Revenge of the Savage Planet, capturing specific creatures is a major gameplay mechanic that unlocks new suit upgrades, weapon mods, and color palettes for your gear.

There are 36 unique species you can capture using your Proton Whip. While some critters like the Puffer Fox are easy to lasso, others require specific tactics—like stunning a Hognork by shooting the roof of its mouth.

This guide lists every capturable creature by planet, along with their specific weaknesses and locations. Click the map link in our table below to open our Interactive Maps for Revenge of the Savage Planet and find the exact spawn location.

  • Can't Catch It? If your lasso isn't working, the creature likely has a Weak Spot you need to shoot first.
  • Missing a Rare Variant? Keep an eye out for "Alpha" versions like the Alpha Toxwin or Alpha Raccocco.
  • Research Rewards: Remember to visit your habitat computer after capturing new species to "Research" them and unlock your rewards.
