Resident Evil Requiem: Scrap Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In Resident Evil 9: Requiem, the environment is your greatest supplier, and Scrap is the universal currency of survival. Unlike Ammo or Green Herbs, Scrap serves as the essential "chassis" for every projectile in the game, making it a critical resource for both Leon Kennedy and Grace Ashcroft. Whether you are forging Leon’s high-impact grenades or housing Grace’s knives, finding all Scrap locations is the only way to maintain the crowd-control capabilities needed to survive the Care Center, East Raccoon City, Raccoon City Center, and the ARK.

Because this material is finite, missing even a few units can leave you defenseless during the game’s brutal encounters. Securing every piece is also a mandatory requirement for the "Master Craftsman" Trophy (Achievement), which challenges you to craft every possible item with Leon.

While Leon and Grace have distinct playstyles, their reliance on Scrap is the common thread in their survival strategies. Depending on your current character, Scrap is transformed into different tactical tools:

Leon combines Scrap with Large Gunpowder to create Hand Grenades for raw damage.
Grace uses Scrap to craft Makeshift Knives.

Both characters, however, need Scrap for ammo. Scrap is most commonly found in industrial sectors, maintenance rooms, and hidden in dark corners. You can also obtain Scrap by dismantling various items.
