Forza Horizon 6: Player House Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

There are 8 Player Houses in Forza Horizon 6, spread across Japan from Tokyo City's docklands to a mountain lodge in Sotoyama.

They're far more than garage spaces — each one provides a permanent passive perk that activates the moment you buy it, and since all perks run simultaneously, owning all 8 compounds your earnings, discounts, and bonuses across every activity in the game.

How Houses Unlock

Most houses are tied to the Discover Japan Stamp progression.

Reaching a new Stamp tier unlocks the option to buy — but it doesn't hand you the house. You still need the Credits.

Keep this in mind: unlocking and owning are two separate steps. Check your Collection Journal → Discover Japan to see which houses are currently available to purchase. Mei's House is the only exception — it's free and automatic from the start of the game.

Which House To Buy First

Buy the Yashiki House first. It costs just 10,000 CR — the cheapest purchasable house in the game — and its Estate Builder perk unlocks The Estate's building system, a separate progression track that accumulates rewards over time.

The sooner it's active, the more it earns.

After that, Tokyo House's Daily Wheelspin perk compounds quickly over a long playthrough.

Worth knowing: Tokyo House is free for VIP or Premium Edition owners, which changes the priority significantly if that applies to you.

What Each House Gives You

Every house is also a fast travel point — once purchased, you can jump to it instantly from the map at no credit cost, building out your travel network as you progress.

The eight perks across all houses cover: trading cars at the Autoshow (Wheeler Dealer), a free daily Wheelspin, a 5% Autoshow discount, +10% credits from Horizon Jobs, +10% credits from Horizon Life events, +10% credits from Stunt Party events, Estate building, +10% Skill Score on LINK Skills, and two additional garage display slots.

The full details for each house are in the checklist below.

All 8 house locations are pinned on our FH6 map.

For the rest of the fast travel network, see the Festival Sites guide.

For the Stamp system that unlocks the houses, smashing XP Boards and collecting Regional Mascots are the fastest ways to earn Discover Japan Points — the same progression that unlocks Barn Finds.
