Cronos: The New Dawn: Weapon Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In Cronos: The New Dawn, your weapons are powerful relics of the past. To achieve full mastery of the timelines and unlock the "Boon of the Relics" and "The Praetorian" achievements/trophies, you must track down and obtain all 7 unique weapons.

While some of these weapons are handed to you during the main story, several of the most powerful are hidden in optional areas, requiring specific keys or exploration to find.

Before you hunt down the full arsenal, it is important to understand how weaponry works in this Bloober Team title:

• Weapons are grouped by class. For example, all handguns (like the Sword and Dagger) share the same Handgun Ammo pool. This means you don't need to worry about finding specific bullets for every gun, but you must manage your total stock carefully.
• You can only carry 4 weapons at a time. Any additional weapons you find must be swapped out or stored in your Global Storage Box at a Traveler Outpost.
• Every weapon can be upgraded at a Workstation using Energy. If you find a new weapon you prefer, you can Respec your old one to get your Energy back and instantly boost your new gear.

The arsenal is divided into three primary categories based on the ammo they consume:

1. Handguns (Handgun Ammo)

• Sword: Your starting firearm. Reliable and balanced.
• Dagger: A faster, low-damage alternative found in the Pharmacy early on.

2. Heavy Weapons (Shotgun Shells)

• Hammer: A powerful close-range shotgun obtained during the Steelworks mission.
• Mace: A heavy-hitting variant hidden in the Hospital’s lower levels.

3. Special & Long-Range (Special Ammo)

• Javelin: A rapid-fire carbine found in the Abbey.
• Lance: A high-precision rifle located in the Police Station.
• Arbalest: A unique, heavy-projectile weapon hidden in Station B (requires the Toy Store Key to access).

Choosing the right 4 weapons for your active slots depends on the region you are exploring. For the tight corridors of the Hospital, a Shotgun-class weapon is essential, while the open areas of the Abbey favor the precision of the Lance.
