Crimson Desert: Saddlery Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

There are 8 Saddleries in Crimson Desert — horse equipment vendors positioned alongside stables in every major settlement across Pywel.

They're the primary source for the five pieces of horse gear that boost your mount's combat performance, survivability, and stamina.

Every location and full vendor stock is marked on MapMaster's maps and part of the Crimson Desert 100% completion hub.

Five Horse Gear Slots: What Each One Does

Horse armour consists of five pieces that can be dyed but aren't upgradeable. Each piece boosts a specific, separate stat.

  • Saddle — boosts your horse's HP. The most impactful slot for survivability. Upgrade this first.
  • Stirrups — provide passive stamina regeneration and health recovery over time. Second priority.
  • Horseshoes — boost stamina regen per second and, in some cases, attack. Third priority.
  • Champron — the horse's face plate, boosts Attack. Fourth priority.
  • Barding — full body armour, boosts Defence. Bardings can be obtained from Contribution Shops — the best ones come from faction vendors, not saddleries.

Horse gear only applies when you're mounted. It can be slightly confusing at first to realise there is a separate horse inventory in Crimson Desert — access it from the horse radial menu or the Mount tab in your inventory, then equip items from there.

Upgrade Priority: Where to Spend First

Upgrade priority: Saddle → Stirrups → Horseshoes → Champron → Barding. Survivability first, then damage.

Every saddlery has different inventory, so check the local shop whenever you reach a new region.

The Saddle gives the highest single-slot HP boost and pays back immediately in mounted combat. The Stirrups' passive regen reduces downtime on long rides and keeps your horse battle-ready without returning to a Stable.

The Best Horse Gear in Crimson Desert

The Delesyia Saddlery is the strongest regional shop in the game for pure stats: the best Champron is the Delesyian Champron at 71.67 Silver (+15 Attack); the best Saddle is the Delesyian Saddle at 50.20 Silver (+400 HP); the best Horseshoes are the Four-Leaf Horseshoes at 54.10 Silver (+8 Attack and +5 Stamina per second); and the best Stirrups are the Delesyian Stirrups at 15.51 Silver, though these require 100 Trust with the vendor first.

For bardings, the Hernandian Barding (+20 Defence) from Haldwin's Contribution Shop remains one of the most accessible high-value horse armour pieces.

Trust-Gated Items Worth Grinding For

Two vendors hold significant Trust-gated inventory. Annabella's full Hernandian set — saddle, champron, stirrups — is a hidden listing that only appears once her Trust reaches 100.

The Delesyian Stirrups from the Delesyia Saddler similarly require 100 Trust, with Ore gifts accelerating the process.

Build Trust by purchasing items regularly and completing any related faction quests.

All 8 Saddlery Locations

Hernand has three saddleries: Annabella (outside the western city walls), Driana at the Calphade Saddlery (south of Calphade Training Field), and Bruna at the Equinsher Saddlery (by the road).

The Demeniss Saddlery is run by Fiona, found next to a gate in Demeniss City.

Pailune has one in the camp west of the main gate. Delesyia's is south of the Castle.

The Crimson Desert region has two: Zara near the city entrance, and Alina on the east side of Tommaso.

All 8 Saddlery locations with full stock lists are pinned on the Hernand interactive map (3 entries: Annabella, Driana, Bruna), Pailune region map, Demeniss map guide, Delesyia interactive map, and Crimson Desert region guide (Zara and Alina).
