Blades Of Fire: Life Criptexes Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide
In Blades of Fire, "Life Criptexes" (often confused with Forge Criptexes) are artifacts that increase the Efficiency of your healing items and the potency of Nerea’s Tears.
While Health Gems increase your total HP bar, finding these Life Criptexes is what allows your "Healing Phial" to restore more health per charge.
If you enter an area containing a Life Criptex, Adso will mention that the "air feels rejuvenating" or "pulsing with vitality." This is your indicator to stop following the main path and look for side-caverns and other hidden areas.

To reach it, go through the Central Hiss City west door to get on a balcony with a statue of Hurmuz Daurel, charge Hurmuz’s Awakened Amulet by defeating Forger Sentinels, and activate it to blast the wall on the other side of the gap.
