Blades Of Fire: Forge Criptexes Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide
In Blades of Fire, Forge Criptexes (or Forge Cryptexes) are artifacts that improve your Forge Affinity. Collecting these increases the maximum number of Forge Stars you can achieve during the blacksmithing minigame, allowing you to craft weapons with higher base stats and better reputation potential.
There are 14 Forge Criptexes hidden across the world. They are typically found in ornate chests tucked away in secret rooms or behind environmental puzzles.
Each Forge Criptex you find unlocks a specific Forge Star upgrade in your menu. These upgrades are weapon-specific. For example:
- Path of Steel: Unlocks a Forge Star for Swords.
- Whisper of Shadows: Unlocks a Forge Star for Daggers.
- Flame of the Guardian: Unlocks a Forge Star for Spears and Greatswords.
