Stellar Blade: Stellar Tear Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In Stellar Blade, Stellar Tears are a specialised currency introduced with the NieR: Automata DLC.

Unlike Gold or Vitcoins, these glowing flowers — visually identical to standard Cans — are used exclusively at Emil's Shop to purchase the full NieR collaboration wardrobe: 2B and A2's iconic uniforms for EVE, a 9S-inspired outfit for Lily, an Emil-head accessory for Adam, and a Pod 042 skin for the drone.

There are 15 Stellar Tears total — 8 in the Wasteland and 7 in the Great Desert — exclusively accessible with the DLC installed. All 15 locations are marked on MapMaster's Stellar Blade dynamic maps.

Finding Emil's Mobile Shop

Emil never stays in one place — he patrols the Wasteland and Great Desert at random, driving a three-wheeled cart. His signature theme music grows louder as he approaches, providing an audio cue before he's even visible.

To stop him, shoot his vehicle with the drone's ranged fire or a standard weapon; once stopped, interact with him to open his shop.

Reliable spawn trick: resting at the Great Desert Tetrapod frequently causes Emil to appear driving nearby shortly after. Fast-travelling to the Junkyard Supply Camp in the Wasteland and heading southeast is the most consistent method to encounter him there as well.

11 Items, One-Time Purchase

Emil's Shop sells 11 total items across all four characters.

Once every item has been purchased using collected Stellar Tears, Emil disappears from the game permanently — there's no reason to keep hunting for him after the full wardrobe is unlocked, and no further use for any leftover Stellar Tears.

Two Region Splits

The Wasteland's 8 Stellar Tears are spread across the shipwreck canyon, the cave near the Solar Tower, D1G-g2r's Scrap Yard, and the bus stop area — one (AT4756L) specifically requires the Double Jump skill from the Angel of Death side mission.

The Great Desert's 7 are concentrated around the Oasis, the Opera House, the angel statue, and the rooftop seesaw puzzle near the second Abaddon encounter.
