In Resident Evil Requiem, your progression is often dictated by what you can unlock. Finding Lockpicks is a top priority for any player looking to maximize their resources and character power. These single-use tools are the key to opening Simple Locks on drawers and lockers, which frequently house high-value items like Antique Coins, Rare Metals, and other crafting components.
When you are playing asd Grace Ashcraft, missing a lockpick means leaving behind the very tools needed to survive the Care Center.
Lockpicks are consumed upon a single successful use. Because the number of locked containers in the game exceeds the number of available lockpicks on higher difficulties, you must be strategic about where you use them.
On Casual and Standard difficulty, you can usually find enough lockpicks to open every container if you search thoroughly. However, on Insanity difficulty, lockpicks are extremely rare, and you can't craft them.
Before using a lockpick, check our interactive RE9 game maps to see what is inside the container. If it contains a basic item, save the pick for a drawer that houses an Antique Coin or Rare Metal.
Walking past a lockpick in a dark room is not recommended, but to avoid this, our team marked the location of Lockpick in RE Requiem on our interactive maps. Use the links below to find them.
