Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight: Plantlife Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Poison Ivy's influence doesn't end when her story mission does — Plantlife encounters in LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight are the 10 open-world giant plant infestations she's seeded across Gotham's rooftops, piers, and warehouses, each one requiring Batman and allies to track down three hidden pods before Batman finishes the mother plant with his Plant Spray gadget.

Completing all 10 rewards a Skill Brick and 2 WayneTech Chips per encounter.

All Plantlife locations, including full step-by-step pod solutions, are documented on Map Master's LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight interactive maps.

How Every Plantlife Encounter Works

Every encounter follows an identical three-phase structure. The giant mother plant sits in a fixed location — rooftop, warehouse, platform — with three glowing vines trailing away from it toward hidden pods.

Follow each vine to its pod, solve whatever environmental puzzle blocks access, and destroy all three.

Once all pods are gone, return to the mother plant, fight off the plant minion guards, and use Batman's Plant Spray (hold the gadget button to deploy) to freeze the core.

One smash finishes the job. If the vines become difficult to trace in dense environments, pressing R3 (Detect Sense) re-highlights them.

Plantlife Unlocks After the Power Plants Mission

All 10 Plantlife encounters are invisible on the map and inactive in the world until completing the Power Plants Mission — the Chapter 3 Kite Man story mission in Newtown.

After that mission, all 10 appear simultaneously, distributed across seven districts.
