Forza Horizon 6: Dango Mascot Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

The 25 Dango Mascots in Forza Horizon 6 are the food-themed collectibles of Tokyo City — cheerful skewered rice dumplings scattered across the most complex urban environment in Horizon history.

Tokyo City is five times bigger than any previous Horizon city, spanning dense streets, elevated highways, downtown neon districts, suburbs, and industrial docklands — and the Dango are spread across all of it.

Unlike most regions where mascots sit cleanly at the roadside, Tokyo is the only region where mascots genuinely tuck themselves into tighter spots.

Expect to navigate alleyways and the backs of buildings to reach a handful of them, and don't miss the one under the bridge near the elevated road sections — it's easy to skip if you stick to main roads.

Every Dango you smash earns 5,000 CR and 25 Discover Japan Points.

The full set of 25 nets you 125,000 CR and 625 Discover Japan Points, feeding into your Tokyo City regional stamp progress and the broader goal of collecting all 200 Regional Mascots across Japan's nine regions.

The complete 200-mascot haul earns 1,000,000 CR, 5,000 Discover Japan Points, and 20 progressive milestone rewards.

Tokyo City Discovery Rewards

Smashing Dango Mascots contributes to your Tokyo City regional discovery progress, unlocking the following milestones:

  • 1,000 Points: Dango Mascot Car Horn
  • 1,250 Points: "Tokyo Drifter" Title + 100,000 CR
  • 1,500 Points: Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-Apex AE86 Forza Edition — the car immortalised by Initial D as the White Ghost of Akina, available here in its tuned Forza Edition variant and one of the most sought-after cars in the game
  • 2,000 Points: Tokyo City Treasure Map (pins all remaining XP Boards in the city)

Hunting Tips

  • Work district by district. Use the map filter set to the mascot icon only — Tokyo's density of race events and side content makes free-roaming without a filter overwhelming.

  • Mascots only appear when you're nearby. They show as purple face icons on your minimap. Pre-planning your route from the checklist below is far more efficient than driving blind.

  • Use a compact car. A compact, nimble car handles the city grid better than anything wide or low. Several Dango sit in narrow alleys and under overpasses where larger vehicles are a liability.

All 25 locations are pinned on our Forza Horizon 6 interactive world map.

Working through all nine regions? Here are the other mascot guides: Curry — Shimanoyama, Onigiri — Ito, Matcha — Takashiro, Edamame — Minamino, Kakigori — Hokubu, Omurice — Sotoyama, Ramen — Ohtani, and Tempura — Nangan.
