Borderlands 4 (BL4): Ripper Drill Site Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Ripper Drill Sites are combat arenas in Borderlands 4. Similar to the "Slaughter Shafts" of previous games, these activities require you to survive massive waves of mobs before facing a final Boss encounter (often featuring double or triple boss spawns).

There are a total of 6 Ripper Drill Sites across Kairos. Completing every single one is mandatory to unlock the "Ruler of Everything" trophy/achievement.

Clearing a drill site is one of the most efficient ways to farm endgame resources:

• Loot: High drop rates for legendary gear and weapons.
• Currency: Significant payouts of XP, Money, and SDU (Note: The 40 SDU reward is granted only upon the first completion).

Each arena entrance is equipped with both Zane's Munitions and Zed's Meds vending machines, allowing you to restock fully before the fight.

Ripper Drill Sites are designed for infinite replayability. Once you clear a site for the first time, a Moxxi's Big Encore vending machine will spawn at the entrance.

You can pay a fee at this machine to instantly reset the arena and respawn the bosses, making it an excellent method for targeting specific legendary drops without reloading the game.
