Silent Hill f: NG+ Omamori Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Silent Hill f NG+ Omamori are the 4 hidden protective charms that only become available in New Game Plus — all locked behind Inari-sama Boxes and Doors sealed with the fox crest, and all requiring the Brooch to access.

Every NG+ Omamori location is tracked at exact coordinates on the Silent Hill f interactive maps. Base-game hidden Omamori are covered in the Omamori guide.

What NG+ Omamori Are in Silent Hill f

Silent Hill f contains 40 Omamori in total: 23 purchasable from Hokora shrines using Faith, and 17 hidden throughout the world — 13 in the first playthrough and 4 exclusively in NG+.

Finding all 17 hidden Omamori unlocks the Omamori Sage trophy. The 4 NG+ Omamori cannot be collected in any first-playthrough run regardless of difficulty — their Inari-sama containers remain sealed until the Brooch is present.

One important NG+ behaviour: hidden Omamori locations from the first playthrough no longer yield charms in NG+. Those spots now contain offering items instead.

Only the 4 new NG+-exclusive locations produce Omamori — returning to old spots expecting to re-collect charms won't work.

The Brooch and Inari-sama Seals

The Brooch — received automatically at the start of any NG+ run — opens every Inari-sama Box and Door marked with the fox crest.

All 4 NG+ Omamori are inside these sealed containers. Confirm the Brooch is in inventory before starting each area sweep. Every Inari-sama container also holds NG+ Documents, NG+ Character Upgrades, and NG+ Inventory Upgrades alongside the Omamori — collecting all four NG+ guide categories from each container in a single pass is the most efficient completion route.

All Four NG+ Omamori Effects and Locations

  • Shrew Mole OmamoriShrine Path, southeastern section. During the Shrine Vault Puzzle area in NG+, a new section opens in the southeast that was inaccessible on the first playthrough. Cross the long footbridge to a small island with a tree at its centre. Find the Inari-sama Box at the base of the tree on the north side. Effect: Dodging does not consume Stamina while in a near-death state. A survival-critical effect on Hard and Lost in the Fog difficulties — when health is lowest, and dodge timing matters most, the Stamina cost of dodging is removed entirely.

  • Rabbit OmamoriEbisugaoka Middle School, westernmost classroom. From the outdoor school grounds, climb through the window of the classroom directly west of where Shu and Rinko are staying — the window is only open in NG+. The Inari-sama Box sits on a desk at the front of the room. Effect: Press Heavy Attack immediately after a Perfect Dodge to deal a powerful Counter. This Counter greatly consumes Stamina. Pairs naturally with the Shrew Mole Omamori — one removes dodge Stamina cost near death, the other rewards the dodge with a high-damage follow-up.

  • Swallow OmamoriWorship Hall (Dark Shrine western wing). In the western switch room, shimmy through the gap in the south wall to find the Inari-sama Door. Inside: Swallow Omamori alongside a Character Upgrade Ema, Unfinished Letter, and A Perspective on Hierogamy. Effect: Performing a Counter without using Focus increases damage inflicted. Stacks up to 5 times and resets when damage is taken. The stacking damage multiplier rewards consistent counter-play — five successful non-Focus counters in a row produce significantly elevated damage output.

  • Goat OmamoriEbisugaoka, mountain hut. The hut where the gate key is collected becomes fully accessible in NG+. Enter the hut to find the Goat Omamori inside. Its location is marked on the Ebisugaoka map.

The Omamori Sage Trophy

The Omamori Sage trophy requires collecting all 17 hidden Omamori — the 13 from the first playthrough and all 4 NG+-exclusive charms. It cannot be unlocked before starting a second run.

Collecting the 4 NG+ Omamori in any order during a single NG+ pass completes the set. All 17 hidden Omamori locations across both playthroughs are cross-linked in the Trophy guide.
