Resident Evil Requiem: Empty Injectors Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In Resident Evil 9, your progression as Grace Ashcroft depends on finding all Empty Injector locations. These specialized medical canisters are the essential "vessels" for Grace’s high-tier biological enhancements. While finding Steroids and Stabilizers in the world is rare, finding these injectors allows you to manufacture your own permanent stat boosts.

Securing all three injectors is a mandatory requirement for players aiming to max out Grace’s health and handling before the final encounters in the ARK. Empty Injectors serve as the reusable base for Grace’s "Blood Science" upgrades. Once found, they do not disappear; they are refilled using specific reagents:

• Steroids (Health): 1x Empty Injector + 1x "Reversible" Blood Specimen + 80cc Blood.
• Stabilizer (Handling): 1x Empty Injector + 1x "Denatured" Blood Specimen + 60cc Blood.

Because these items are permanent and vital for character scaling, they are hidden in high-security clinical zones. Since you only have three injectors, you must prioritize your upgrades based on your playstyle.

• Early Game: Most players use the first two injectors for Steroids to increase their maximum health, providing a much-needed buff.
• Late Game: Save the third injector for a Stabilizer to help Grace manage the heavy recoil of the Requiem Revolver during the final ARK boss fights.
