Blades Of Fire: Greatswords Seneschals Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide
In Blades of Fire, Greatswords Seneschal statues are the only method to unlock high-damage, high-poise weapon parts for your heavy blades. Because Greatswords rely on "Shatter" mechanics, finding these parts is essential for breaking the armor of late-game bosses like the Matriarch.
Similar to the Daggers Seneschals, they work on a specific mechanic:
- You cannot interact with these statues until you have a Greatsword equipped. The easiest way to start is by killing 60 Putrids in the Hollow Plain to unlock the Claymore Forge Scroll.
- Greatsword Seneschals typically reward you with Heavy Hilts (increased stamina cost but higher poise damage) or Serrated Blades (adds Bleed build-up to your heavy swings).
- If a statue is in a "Cursed" state, it will glow purple. You must use a Soul Rune (charged by killing nearby enemies) to cleanse the statue before it will accept your weapon.
