The Hazard Circuit in Forza Horizon 5 — specifically the Snow Fields Hazard Circuit in the Horizon Hot Wheels Park's Ice Cauldron biome — is the only Hazard Circuit in the entire game.
Where Hazard Sprints run point-to-point through the park's biomes, this is the sole looped Hazard event: a 3.3-mile circuit that leaves the orange track and races through Ice Cauldron terrain, including a dedicated Ice Track section where traction management is the race's defining challenge.
Its location can be seen on our FH5 Horizon Hot Wheels Park interactive map.
Forza Horizon 5's Hot Wheels Park divides its races into two families. Speed events stay entirely on the orange Hot Wheels track — pure high-speed circuit and sprint racing on engineered surfaces.
Hazard events leave the track and race through the raw biome terrain: snow, ice, mud, rock, and water flumes.
The Snow Fields Hazard Circuit runs through Ice Cauldron's snow-covered ground and its dedicated Ice Track section, where the surface actively reduces grip and demands smoother inputs than the high-speed track sections on either side of it.
Snow Fields Hazard Circuit unlocks at Expert Rank in the Hot Wheels Academy — the same rank that unlocks all five S1 class races.
To reach Expert Rank, earn enough Hot Wheels Medals to advance from Pro Rank (575 medals total) and then complete the S1 class "Now This Isn't Pod Racing" Qualifier covered in the Exhibition Events guide.
The S1 class restriction is enforced at the race start — a lower-class car will not be admitted.
"Altitude Quickness" (Bronze) — win all Race Events in Hot Wheels Park. Snow Fields Hazard Circuit is one of the mandatory wins for this trophy.
With only one Hazard Circuit in the entire park, it's an unavoidable check on the trophy's completion list — there is no equivalent looped Hazard event to substitute for it.
