FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time: Alchemist's Guild Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

In FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time, the Alchemist's Guild is home to one of the game's 14 Lives — the crafting class responsible for potions, bombs, and accessories.

There is 1 Alchemist's Guild, found on the west side of Eternia Village, close to the Guild Office. Its exact location is marked on our FANTASY LIFE i interactive map.

Unlocking the Alchemist Life

To begin, select the Alchemist Life License at the Guild Office in Eternia Village, then speak with Chemmel inside the Alchemist's Guild to become a Novice.

Chemmel's first task is crafting an HP Potion — track down his apprentice Toto, found near the fountain in the square by the Guild Office, who provides 5 Healweed needed for the recipe.

Return to Chemmel, receive the HP Potion recipe, and interact with the workbench at the centre of the Guild to craft it.

The Fledgling Rank: A Trip to the Capital

Crafting the HP Potion isn't the end of the introductory quest. Chemmel next sends the Traveler to the Material Shop in Capital of Mysteria to retrieve a Dubious Object, used as an ingredient for a Memory Charm requested by a visitor named Elke.

After crafting the charm and following Elke to the Magician's Academy in the Capital, Chemmel evaluates the Traveler's performance and grants the rank of Fledgling — officially completing the introductory Alchemist storyline.

The Alchemy Workbench

The Alchemist's workbench operates with three apparatuses, one randomly selected as active at a time in sets of two or three actions.

Unlike simple crafting stations for other Lives, successfully completing an Alchemy recipe requires performing the correct action at whichever apparatus is currently active — timing and attentiveness matter more here than in most other crafting Lives.
